Very helpful!
Amazing experience today with the lady who went and got my order I believe her name was Zara! She helped me to my car because I had both my children with me! And even helped me get two big boxes in my very crowded mum car! So very grateful for her help!!

Easy to re order click & collect service.
Easy to re order Farrow & Ball paint I needed…. But especially as a friend was shopping in town and saved me a journey as the order was ready within half an hour and she could pick it up for me. Perfect. Just a shame I couldn’t find any more discounts to use on it…… 🤣
