Excellent click n collect
Super efficient check out staff

Ordered online with click and collect, the heavy item was bought to us on a trolly, wheeled out and helped to fit it into the car, brill, you don't get that at other diy chains.

HOMEBASE BBQ WAS SCRATCHED AND DENTED.
HAD TO DO A 60 MILE ROUND TRIP BACK TO THE STORE. THEN ONLY OFFERED A £30 DISCOUNT.
THE MANAGER WOULDN'T EVEN COME DOWN FROM HER IVORY TOWER TO LOOK AT IT OR SPEAK TO ME.

DISGUSTING !

Had an enjoyable experience trying out different garden furniture for size, comfort and practicality. Staff were very helpful. We waited one day to save 50% which was amazing. Delivery times were longer than hoped so we got somebody to pick the package up for us.

I got what I wanted, albeit on line rather than in the shop.

My son, daughter and I went to homebase in Stamford Lincolnshire this morning for bark to put on garden but wasn't any outside so my daughter checked on website they had 68 in stock, my daughter then went up to the assistant manager and said there were some in stock but he said the same thing again. So we went to a lovely lady called Lorraine she said there were 68 in stock and went to see, few minutes later she returned to us with bag of bark. 100% to Lorraine 0% to assistant manager

I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at stamford store to collect my order , as the order clearly stated by one get one free. I go to morrisons I buy one I do get one free yet I was told I had to buy 2 to get one free . That makes no sense at all . When the lettered offer was clear buy one get one free . And the attitude of the lady awful....so I left with only one 5l Plymouth grey sandex masonry paint I wont use homebase I don't trust them

In the past I have brought items and not had them delivered on time and although this item was in store pick up it was ready within the hour any the staff were 100% helpful 😁👍🏻

We had a problem with our post code not tallying with our address. It seems the problem was with the delivery. Homebase sorted it out promptly.

The staff in the Stamford store are always super kind, friendly, and helpful. I heard one of the ladies on the check point speaking to an elderly customer who had lost her husband, she was really kind and told the lady that she’d always be happy to chat with her.
