I don’t like being ignored!
I waited at the Click and Collect desk for almost 5 minutes, during which time I was totally ignored by both the assistant at the desk and the one at the nearby till, who at times had no customers to attend to.

Went into Homebase with a list of plumbing items that we had taken off the website Struggled to find the items in store until we asked Mark Lees up in the kitchen and bathroom department. He was extremely helpful and patient and he eventually found the item in a stock cupboard. Excellent customer service. Thankyou

SHOCKING SERVICE
I was sold an electric lawnmower off the display because no more were available. I paid the retail price even though I asked for discount because it was the display item. When I put it into my vehicle I noticed it had been used. There was the remains of grass in the box & underneath. VERY BAD SERVICE
