Mel was helpful with my customer service experience! After seeking advice from a colleague, Mel was able to price match the offer that was online and had appreciated why I had asked the question, as I really wanted to support my local store and purchase the item from the store! I would really miss this store if it was to close down! Overall a very satisfied customer thank you 😊

Homebase Tiverton. Excellent service as usual. The whole staff are so welcoming, helpful and knowledgable. Whenever we visit we are greeted by lots of smiles and sales people ready to offer advice and help. It doesn’t seem to matter if we are going to spend just a few pounds for a special offer or a large sum. The manager Lee is superb and many thanks to Stef on his BBQ advice!

Jon, from Homebase in Tiverton was brilliant. Great customer service and went out of his way to help me get a lamp I wanted. There was none in stock apart from the one on display. Jon helped me with buying the light at a decent price and also helped me get the right bulbs needed for the lamp. Thanks Jon.

Ordered an item for delivery to my local store (Tiverton) as it was not in stock. I was advised that it was available for collection but the assistant and another called in to help couldn’t find my order. I even suggested that it was on the shelf behind the counter but they didn’t believe me. Eventually they checked the package only to find that it was mine. Waited nearly 20 minutes!

We went in to find a tap to match our sink. We had looked at different options elsewhere but couldn't find the right tap.
Amy in the kitchen department was incredibly informative in helping us choose the perfect tap. She also ordered it for us and it arrived to our house just 3 days later. We are very appreciative to Amy for her excellent customer service.

Popped into Homebase Tiverton for some new plants and plant pots shortly before it closed for the night. Firstly assisted by Seph who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and then served by Madeline who was friendly and helpful. Great service especially when you know everyone is really just waiting to close. Thanks guys.

Brilliant store, always like to support local stores. I was looking for wood hardener and a couple of the staff there were able to give me a hand. 10/10 for service.

I like the way the store always laid out To easily find what you’re looking for. I also like the fact that the staff are consistent with their knowledge and friendliness. I visited this Tiverton store for many years and no many of the staff in particular is always very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable

Christmas looks amazing in store. My children absolutely loved it, especially the inflatable t-Rex

I called in at Tiverton Homebase to buy a lawnmower. Stef was very helpful and talked me through the range that they had. I soon found the one that suited my needs and budget.

Wonderful trip all the staff were lovely and helped me with what I needed and even informed me on the paint offer which helped me save money :)

I needed help choosing brackets and a very polite young lady who I think was called harli helped me choose the right one for what I needed

Besides finding everything i needed. The woman worked behind the desk with dark hair, short and glasses was being so rude and nasty to her male colleague, especially in front of customers which is very unprofessional.

I was very impressed by the service I received today at the Tiverton Store. The staff were knowledgeable and polite.I purchased some items that were in a deal (buy one and get second half price) unfortunately the till couldn't pick up the offer as it was slightly different so they over rode it and I did get my discount. I'm a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Stef and Lee.

I placed an order online late at night. The next morning I received a phone call from Yvonne saying that the item wasn't available. I asked if she could check for another, which she did and reserved it for me. She then carried out the refund process and kept the item till I arrived in. What a lovely and efficient lady, great service Yvonne, thank you.
