Homebase - Tiverton Reviews 

Whilst looking very confused , trying to find paint I was helped enormously by the staff who explained what I needed and that it could be mixed in larger quantities.

Went to Tiverton Homebase to have a look at a strimmer and a lawn mower. Came out with a cordless strimmer and lawnmower, and a lovely set of garden furniture!! Definitely due to great service by Natalie and Rachel!

Super helpful assistant David H at Tiverton branch. Helped me find what I needed and made sure I bought the right products. Many thanks David H and also Iris on the till. Cheerful and helpful.

I used Tiverton Click and Collect today and found a extremely helpful assistant called Iris.
Look after staff like this because if you don't value them some other company will ! Good staff are hard to find.

Had a very positive experience in store. Needed to find inspirations for a new worktop surface for the kitchen and she gave me a few ideas and pointed me in the right direction. Thank you iris

I ordered my purchase on line and within an hour I was text to say I could pick it up and everything was so easy

The assistant Sarah N operator 110305 pointed out that the batteries I had picked up weren’t on offer. She went off to another stand and brought back a pack that were a much better deal and were the same brand. She is always very helpful.

I was helped at the checkout by a very friendly staff member called Iris who guided me to more products that I may have needed but hadn't thought about myself. She has saved me another trip in to the store which I was so grateful for. She was pleasant and helpful and very good at her job.

Iris in service area helpful,smart and happy. You need more staff like her. In fact you need more staff.

Rachel, was our contact at Tiverton and my partner and I had best of time designing and planning our new kitchen. I must stress that Rachel did all the work in giving us ideas and colours for our kitchen. We both thought that our experience with Rachel as a sales person was no less than perfect. Thanks for all your help .

Easy to order via the website and choose when to collect. Very helpful assistant in the store, thank you Natalie.
The tongs will be ideal for use with my wood burner. They are quite sturdy and weighty.

I’ve recently ordered a kitchen from here. Racheal one of the designers has been fab. No pressure to buy, offered me a quote with many options, answered many emails promptly, and completed extra visits to my property to assist me to find the best options cost wise to cover another appliance, I had not planned to replace.
I’ve also visited the showroom many times to talk things through. She liased with the fitter also directly promptly and efficiently.
So good to support local store with always approachable staff.

Rachael made life so much easier and has drawn up plans that have matched my vision. Amazing, I can’t recommend her enough!

Bought a bathroom from homebase what a disaster, the shower is ment to ve sunning the floor according to there plans but it's on a plinth thing one shower screen and the Warter pours out the end of the shower ,the sink unit was not even ordered but they took 50 pounds off a 400 pounds unit the builder had to get us a mirror again not ordered the radiator wich leaked had to have new parts,according to a molly a ceo of homebase that's almost my fault because they picked up the bill for the bits it was a manufacturer problem but we get a not our fault she says we signed the paper work we put our trust in the womans hands we have been given a small bit of glass to combat the water issue ,no good like a funnel.now all water goung onto sink unit thats going to rot a month old and we are trying to save up to get it wripped out the she does not care all from a script she got to use I expect they don't see the mess they have cased been told they won't do anything to help us the case is closed do not waste time and money on this firm

Had a brilliant experience in store today. Ruth was very helpful mixing us 7 tins of new paint, happy with my experience in my local store today.

Simple quick and easy ordering and collection process it was exactly as expected I clicked then collected simple

Buying bathroom tiles but nearest store only had 9 boxes. Amy at newton abbot Homebase rang the Tiverton store to check if tiles were in stock. They told her we had to order click and collect. They were most unhelpful to their company colleague. Website showed 9 boxes in stock. We ordered 8 boxes and paid, then they emailed to say they’d cancelled my order a mere 10 mins later, refunding money in 2-5 working days. Rang customer service who were totally useless at answering my query.

Ordered a new kitchen, bathroom and en-suite. Rachael
our consultant was brilliant. We changed our minds several times but she was unflappable and very patient. The whole team were so helpful and friendly, with lots of great advice and product knowledge. Would highly recommend them.

Quick and simple everyone involved was helpful and there were no problems. The basin, unit and taps are all great.
