Cancelled Ordet
My order was cancelled despite website showing stock availablity. They have taken my money but will take 5 days to refund without compensation. Terrible customer service.

I can’t believe the rudeness!
I can’t believe the rudeness!! He rolled his eyes at me, didn’t say hello, didn’t acknowledge me at all till I spoke to him the 2nd time as the first time he just carried on filling up his packets of screws! Was grumpy as I asked him to carry a bag of coal to the till & then into my car…. Wouldn’t wait in the Que so opened another till again no thank you for the purchase, nothing! I thanked him for helping & again he completely ignored me! Manners & politeness costs nothing!! Wasn’t expecting a conversation just common decency! Which that person has none of!! Shan’t be back ever!!
