Jim and Brandon Turned up promptly and work undertaken swiftly on both days. Downside is some of the mess left behind but that’s part of the course with damp proofing and re-plastering work.

STAY WELL CLEAR
Had Home Energy Save Ltd come to do my Mums after finding damp on the 28th August 2024. Really pleased with the work that was done and happy that it had a 25 yr guarantee with it. Discovered damp about 2wks ago that hadn't been there before so rang them and was told someone would be in touch.
This is what I received by Email :
Dear Home Energy Save Ltd Customer
I am writing to provide you with an update regarding Home Energy Save Ltd, which has unfortunately gone into liquidation. However, it is important to note that the directors, Aaron Worrall and John Hammond, had already established a new company, Weatherwise Solutions Ltd, prior to the liquidation of Home Energy Save Ltd. This information is verifiable, and it appears that the directors were aware of the situation and took steps to set up the new company while Home Energy Save Ltd was still operating, including transferring assets from the old company to the new one, therefore rendering it non viable and leading to its liquidation.
Property Reign acquired the goodwill, name and website from the liquidators and rebranded the company as Home Energy Save GB Ltd. As a result,the current company has no involvement in the prior issues related to Home Energy Save Ltd.
For assistance you can contact Weatherwise Solutions Ltd directly . If you request Aaron Worrall or John Hammond they will be able to guide you on how they can assist moving forward.
I rang the number given ,it was answered automatically and then went to dead air.
Rang Home Energy Save GB Ltd and asked to speak to Aaron or John and was told they were both on the phone.
Damp Proof was done 28th Aug 24 and company went into liquidation October 24 that's about 7 wks in my estimation. Damps coming through and NO guarantee.
Cowboys that I have reported to Trading Standards.

Johnny was great taking time to explain the process. Really thorough and even though the price was alot more than the four other quotes I received I felt an instant trust with him.
Darren and Lee arrived promptly and worked effortlessly to get the job done in the two days quoted. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They checked that I was happy with the work. Made it easy.
