Easy order and good processing information
Ordering was easy and the delivery was good. I was always informed about the status of my order. Due to shortage of the desired product it took some time to identify a replacement product.
After ordering my data was leaked
After ordering my data was leaked and I have since then consistently received scam emails, according to their customer support it’s due to their third party partner. They use my order number, address, phone number, and email in these scam emails which come from different emails every few days. I’m apparently not the first person this has happened to.

Wrong size , only half of my order arrived . Disappointed!
They sent only 2 of 4 items of my order and the size of the items is not correct . They want me to send it back after many emails and I’m supposed to pay for the return according to their return policy and send tracking number and so on . It’s not my fault that they sent wrong items . Just pay back my money and take your responsibility please .
Well , your help doesn’t really help . You are just walking around the subject and it doesn’t matter what I do . A warning to other people! If your buy something from this company and they send you the wrong items, don’t be sure that you get your money back .

Homeloft supplied the place mats I've been searching for. I was so happy to receive they were exactly as shown on the website. They did take longer than expected, but shipped from the United States it stands to reason. I contacted Homeloft a couple of time to check on delivery and they were very responsive.

Item that arrived cheap knock off not what was ordered
We ordered an expensive WMF fork to replace one that we lost from our wedding dinner service through this company. It took a long time to say it was out for delivery and then when the fork arrived it was from 'At home' with the price tag of $1.79 still attached!

Lights Not usable
Unfortunately, I can Not use the lights. The lights are not usable in Switzerland sind we have a different electrical system. To have is usable, I will Need to buy a transformer.

I ordered a Bankers Table Lamp having searched extensively on-line for a Swiss supplier. I thought that I had found this with HomeLoft and ordered as a result. The first that I realised that something was amiss was when I had shipment information from the US and then, when my product arrived, it was a piece of Chinese made junk which had a different voltage, different plug which promptly blew the bulb when I tested it. Had a wanted to pay over 150 CHF for some Chinese rubbish then I would have gone to Temu. I shall NEVER use this company again.
