Buyer beware!
Contrary to what the name and site address implies, home loft is NOT in Switzerland, or the EU. I ordered a kitchen appliance, which is difficult to find, but I was willing to pay the top dollar asked. It took about a month to arrive. When it did finally arrive, the plug was not a European plug, and the power voltage needed is American 110, not European 220 norm. My issue with this is that this information was NOT given in the item description. Also not given in the item description was the fact that the unit was second hand. It arrived scratched from use, and with food debris embedded on the unit. I advise you to be very careful before ordering, and do not presume that power plugs/voltage are to your norm. Also do not presume that the item is new.

Great Customer Service
Great customer service with super fast replies as we ran into problems with tax difference payments.
Product was perfect and as advertised.
The only problem that we had (which isn't typical-we were not at the address where the package was being sent to) was the fact that there is a tax difference between Italy and Germany, so the Italian post office would not release the parcel until the tax was paid. Which also required original proof of ID. So we had to re-send it to our current address in Ireland (which also has a tax difference!) However, Homeloft refunded us the tax charge.
