I loved the item

I loved the item. The customer service could not be faulted. My problem was not knowing at time of purchase that the item was US voltage - I had assumed from site name I was purchasing EU-suirable appliances.. I think this should be signposted in future.

I have received perfect service and the item was delivered very fast. I was a little surprised I had to pay customs and grabbed homeloft who said that they woud pay the customs.The Money has gone into my account for custom👍👍👍
So can only recommend buying from them.

Very disappointing experience

I ordered an expensive pair of curtains in February. I waited patiently for weeks and weeks but there was no sign of my purchase. I made contact with homeloft and was offered a replacent pair. When I questioned how long they would take as I really need the curtains I was then told mine were on the way. I waited again but still no sign so I made contact again. Now apparently my order is waiting somewhere but has a customs fee to be paid. The name homeloft Europe implies the company is based in Europe so why would I need to pay customs when that has never happened me before. I,m so disappointed. They have offered a 10 percent discount off my next order but this should have been a simple straight forward experience but instead has turned into an ordeal, so I,m hardly going to chance going through the same again.
