First time I bought from home of sewing did so because they were cheaper then anywhere else. Upgrade package was the same as from anywhere else really was a no brainier. Package was with me within 2 days as promised. No doubt I will buy from them again.

I placed my order but unfortunatly forgot to add a promotion code. I then phoned Regent Home of Sewing and explained to Keith, who resolved the problem for me. I have recieved my goods in good time and beautifully packed. I will definatly shop again with this supplier.

It was a very special experience to buy from this business. Jon took every trouble to talk me through my requirements for my new overlocker. I bought it over the phone in the afternoon and just before 7pm he arrived and set it up for me! He showed me how to thread it and went through various options and tips with me. He even made an adjustment to my Bernina sewing machine and took away my old overlocker to overhaul it. I would thoroughly recomment this lovely family-pwned establishment.

The communication of an out of stock item I ordered was very quick. They fulfilled my request of possibly matching plain fabrics with the fabrics I'd ordered as the jelly roll was not available.

Came into regent on Monday the 1st of July and bought a sewing machine the whole experience was absolutely fantastic the service just everything they were so helpful especially John old fashioned service that is near on impossible to get I would advise anyone looking to buy anything connected with haberdashery machines or accessories give this shop a look in I guarantee you will not be disappointed truly well worth it in every sense from Michael S

Customer service is brilliant, providing a relaxed, friendly and helpful advice. Regents have a wide range of products. It is quite easy to spend hours there.

At my recent visit they diagnosed the problem with my sewing machine within minutes of arriving and provided advice on what to do in the future.
