My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. When I tried to use the foot pedal it was not working properly. I rang the store and spoke to Jon who was extremely helpful. I did have to send it back, I did have an issue with that, but again Jon quickly solved the problem. A few days later Jon called me to let me know that the pedal was faulty and offered me a refund or a new pedal. The matter was dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner and I would definitely shop there again.

We come across many things that make our day special. This recently happened when I visited Home of Sewing at Ilford and met Jon.
Recommending a beginners sewing machine came in very handy, but the way of explaining the way it works with such detail and patience, made it last for years to come for an 11 year old child.

Exceptional customer service. I am new to sewing but the gentleman who served me made me feel welcome, answered all my questions and was very helpful. I wanted to find a local shop where I can visit and talk to real people rather than browsing the Internet, and I have found it.

They had what I wanted and dispatched it in a timely manner. I was annoyed at the delivery charge, as most of the people I buy from don't charge for delivery. Probably would not use again because of this.

Received my machine promptly. I was messaged when dispatched and when it would arrive. I locked into a black Friday deal with money off, which was brilliant. My machine was fantastically packed, very procted with lots of fragile label's. I would certainly recommend this long term family business.

Lots of great products and prices reasonable. It was a pain putting in my address details as it insisted line 2 was needed even though most in the UK don't have a line 2.
