Very Knowledgeable
I went into the store with a Janome machine in mind, but speaking to John he showed me other machines as well which might better suit my requirements. I came away with a Brother which was less expensive and perfect for my needs. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I am delighted with my purchase.

Quick delivery, ordered a sewing machine on Friday evening it was delivered fist thing Tuesday. Great price too. Haven't had to talk to anyone with regards to any issues with the machine so I can't comment on that side of things. Very happy with the ordering, delivery, price and sending through of warranty details.

Best sewing shop in the UK!
Absolutely love this place!! I live about an hours drive away so mostly buy online...they are brilliant with communicating what's happening with your order and any help you may need with your machine. So friendly and helpful every step of the way. No question is ever too easy or hard for them to answer. Excellent customer service! Something we struggle with in this country but not here! Will continue to use for all my sewing needs! Thanks guys

Great service happy with product
Great service happy with product, returning customer as happy. Bought large quantity thermal wadding to make blinds and curtains. Kept us warm in winter, kept bills down, and keeping heat out this week with the heatwave. Bought more to line remaining curtains and blinds as obvious temperature difference between rooms with and without the super insulated blinds
