Quick responses and quotes which were reasonable. The workman arrived promptly and the standard of work was excellent. Payment was hassle free since he texted bank details for a payment transfer. He did not email receipt as requested but I have my bank records so will still award five stars.

Wouldnt trust
This company obtained my details fraudulently and attempted to switch energy providers without consent. In light of an “investigation” they have decided to blame another company which is ridiculous. A very frustrating situation!

We replied yesterday to explain that your details had been used via a cashback website (likely by someone who was trying to receive an incentive for switching energy). This was not intended to blame another company, but rather to explain the journey so you would understand how and why the fraudulent switch occurred.
We are continuing to investigate with the cashback website and keep you updated. Should you have any further questions or concerns please do email support@hoppy.co.uk and we will do all we can to assist.

The plumber quickly responded to my urgent request to fix a leaking boiler. He went and got a new part and fixed it. Work was completed very reasonable priced and the boss Shane and both plumbers who attended were friendly and professional.
I have got their number in my phone and have no hesitation recommending them.

The contractor for the basic garden…
The contractor for the basic garden tidy up and removal of garden waste, contacted us within an hour and arranged to visit later that morning and cost the job. A price was agreed and the work carried out within an hour to a high standard. First class all around!
