Warren was very patient with me. He never seemed frustrated or rushed for time when I asked questions or needed to go over something a second or third time. He explained everything very clearly and quickly escalated concerns that needed more IT help. all in all the onboarding process took a long time but being a property owner and not savvy with with tech I really appreciated that Hostaway gives us so much hand holding and support.

I learned SO much tonight.
Other times when I've called support, I have received a bit of a brush off and been told, "that's not support, that's a question for our set up team. But not tonight. Corina helped me with all kinds of questions, including turning off instant book in VRBO but not AirBnB, about how payment links are sent, about how I don't need to go to my Stripe account to send payment links - all done from Hostaway, confirmed that messages were sent, showed me where to locate guest information to contact them directly if needed, etc. I wish all the support people were more like her.

Very attentive person with Joyce leading me through the process of setting me up on all platforms, definitely feel supported and heard!
