Warren was clear, efficient, and respectful.

Warren was very patient with me. He never seemed frustrated or rushed for time when I asked questions or needed to go over something a second or third time. He explained everything very clearly and quickly escalated concerns that needed more IT help. all in all the onboarding process took a long time but being a property owner and not savvy with with tech I really appreciated that Hostaway gives us so much hand holding and support.

Ces was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue—very reliable, fast, and an expert.

Ces was incredibly helpful in resolving my issue with Hostaway. She was patient, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout the process. She quickly identified the problem, guided me through each step clearly, and made sure everything was working properly before closing the issue. Her support made the process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how efficient and professional she was.

The platform has been a great tool for managing listings, reservations, guest communication, and day-to-day operations all in one place. It has made hosting much more efficient and streamlined, especially when handling multiple properties. Whenever issues come up, the support team has been responsive and helpful in resolving them quickly. Overall, Hostaway has been a reliable system that has helped improve both workflow and guest experience.

Corina was awesome.

Corina was awesome.
I learned SO much tonight.
Other times when I've called support, I have received a bit of a brush off and been told, "that's not support, that's a question for our set up team. But not tonight. Corina helped me with all kinds of questions, including turning off instant book in VRBO but not AirBnB, about how payment links are sent, about how I don't need to go to my Stripe account to send payment links - all done from Hostaway, confirmed that messages were sent, showed me where to locate guest information to contact them directly if needed, etc. I wish all the support people were more like her.

Pax was incredibly helpful and genuine

Pax was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout our support session. He guided me through several issues with clarity and patience.
What stood out most was that he didn’t just solve the problems at hand - he also provided thoughtful feedback and practical recommendations on how to optimise our setup moving forward. It felt like he genuinely cared about improving our performance, not just closing a ticket.
Really appreciate the support, Pax, a great experience all around.

Great experience from sales process to onboarding!

Great experience so far from the sales team to the onboarding process, easy and stress-free! Very attentive person with Joyce leading me through the process of setting me up on all platforms, definitely feel supported and heard! Joyce is extremely knowledgeable, calm, collected and easy to talk to. Very happy with Hostaway so far, great customer service!

Shakira was helpful

Shakira was helpful and I know more after working with her. However, she seemed a bit annoyed (or impatient) with my communication and also made long lulls which I didn't know what she was doing or if I was supposed to be doing something. I wasn't told a lot of critical things when I went through onboarding so it's only natural that I'm still struggling to figure some things out.
