Hostaway’s pricing approach is…

Hostaway’s pricing approach is disappointing. The new website builder being locked behind an extra $49/month plus 0.5% of bookings feels excessive, especially when the original website builder still needs major improvements.

We also had incorrect onboarding of Booking.com rate plans, which ultimately cost us tens of thousands of dollars.

Customer support has been inconsistent. In my experience over the past year, support has been reachable around 70% of the time, but at other times it has been almost impossible to get help.

As a customer paying over $200 AUD per month for three properties, being blocked from new features unless I pay even more has made me start exploring other options.

Overall, I’m disappointed.

Shakira was amazing

Shakira was amazing, helped us set up a complicated formula specific to one property and one channel. BookingCom support couldn't understand and couldn't assist with it. Yet Shakira got it right in only 15 minutes. Legend, thanks Shakira.

Excellent onboarding by Bryann Miranda, excellent support team

Bryann Miranda was excellent in supporting our onboarding process. His strong knowledge and real‑life industry experience helped us enable our listing quickly and efficiently. He guided us step by step through the entire setup, including listing creation, OTA integration, payment gateway configuration, and booking engine enablement.
The integrations with Airbnb and Booking.com were very smooth. The only challenge we experienced was with the VRBO integration, which took several weeks to resolve.
Overall, the Hostaway support team has been excellent. The AI support feature is particularly helpful, providing real‑time responses to queries and making issue resolution much faster.

Great experience with Gabriel Dickson

I had an excellent experience with my Hostaway instructor. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clear in the way he explained everything. What I appreciated the most was how he took the time to make sure I fully understood each step, especially when it came to connecting channels and managing listings.
His guidance made the entire onboarding process feel much easier and more organized. He was always professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed.
Thanks to his support, I now feel confident using Hostaway and moving forward with my property listings. I highly recommend him to anyone getting started!

ABSOLUTELY solution driven tech!

I made a quick call as I had a tech professional that I was paying in front of me and needed some immediate help. Nino was AMAZING and even though he thought he might not be the right person to answer. HE ANSWERED EVERYTHING AND MORE! He took a moment to give me some tips that are amazing and REALLY REALLY helped! He is FANTASTIC
