I have always found them very helpful and willing to talk about what to do and how. This was particularly important when I decided to move away from the usual Bromine and water balancing method of sanitation to Eco3spa. So happy and much much easier to manage, and no chemical smell. Tub up and running with new system for three weeks so far and no problems lovely clear water, can highly recommend both the product and UK hot tubs

Having to wait 5 weeks for hot tub insert it turned up in September damaged!
They did not believe us, we had to send photos they would not refund us we had to show photos that it fitted in our cover And this went on for weeks!
We are now at the end of November they have ignored our emails and so we have paid full price for a damaged inset!
No manners, no customer care and totally unprofessional and under the consumers act they have now been reported to trading standards!!!!!!
Be warned STAY AWAY if you don't want to waste your time and money!
