Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from start, finish and after sales. Owner contacts you personally after installation to check everything is ok and talks you through the chemicals etc. This is a really nice touch. Quality product, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, Excellent after sales. what's not to like. Would highly recommend. Well done Hot Tub Village.

Very good, non pushy sales team, and a great showroom.
Nice team that delivered the Jacuzzi and got it working with no issues or fuss. Great after sales support and advice.
We have been in the Jacuzzi every day and have found it an excellent way to relax. Feels like we are on holiday every time we use it.

Fantastic service, we visited hot tub village at stonham barns and Kris was so helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy we felt very relaxed in the showroom, the service from everyone has been fantastic too, including the fab delivery guys John and John and the helpfulness of Rob, Tony and Nick. Great team of people and I'm so glad we chose to buy from a showroom rather than the online companies that pop up everywhere. Thank you

Expert advise, exemplary customer service
Expert advise. Knowledgeable staff. Identified the right product and location for us, as individuals. No hard sell. Accommodating and coped admirable with the various time delays we threw in their direction. Efficient commissioning of the Jacuzzi. Provided exemplary and invaluable after care and ongoing support which is the main issue really if you've never owned a hot tub previously. Would thoroughly recommend.

Truly Excellent!!!
Truly excellent! I cannot speak highly enough of the product, installation and service we have received from Hot Tub Village. It is the Rolls Royce product and everything was included in the price - no extras and no nasty surprises. The installation team did a great job and the swim spa has been in constant use ever since.
Hot Tub Village have been on hand to give advice and answer our questions throughout.

Kris was excellent when we visited the showroom. A pair of John’s delivered our tub & were great. A few queries were dealt with on the phone very efficiently… so all in all really pleased overall with Hot Tub Village & would certainly recommend them.

Bought our jacuzzi second hand
We didn’t buy our hot tub from Tony and Helen as we effectively bought a second hand one. They have been excellent in giving us help and support which has been invaluable. We’ve bought various bits off of them since, always friendly, always helpful.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish, we couldn’t fault them at all. From walking in there on a Friday and having our new jacuzzi delivered the following Friday. The delivery went smooth and the guys also helped us in deciding where to place the spa as well.
Not often can you write a perfect review for a company but this time I can.
