Really unhappy as we ordered a few items from this company this time last year. Was told if we ordered before a certain date we would have all items by Christmas. When I chased the items the lady became very confrontational with me on the phone and via messages.
The first delivery came and they were the wrong bar stools so the items were returned, then when sofa was delivered I was told my partner was supposed to be in to help and that the delivery man was a one manned team and he couldn’t do it alone. He then squeezed the new sofa through narrow door ways and scuffed the corner of the crushed velvet!
The table that matches the sofa had a huge scratch in the glass which I was told would be replaced! Never was!
The bar stools do not operate properly and when I complained the lady was rude again!!
The bed side tables have never arrived and when I’ve chased I have been lied to and told the refund had been made then told “our mistake we thought it had been done”
Still hasn’t been done and items never arrived!!
Really not happy at all!!

My business partner moved in to her new house over 1 year ago and ordered from these .

DO NOT GO NEAR !!!

Over £800 worth of furniture never arrived and some of which that did come damaged.

After chasing for a refund of unreceived item for over a year with no reply or deleting comments I have had no choice but to take legal action to stop these crooks continuing getting away with this.

House of bling, great service, great bed, clear and good communication and promises met and my bed is beautiful

Absolutely disgusting customer service.. paid over £1100.00 for some chairs to be told when asking why they hadn’t been delivered in the 2 week period that they would issue a refund in 10 days as they could no longer provide them… still waiting for my refund! And someone to contact me regarding it! Avoid at all costs

My sofa was delivered today in just over 4 working weeks as promised.
Needless to say I’m so happy with it I’m considering ordering a second one for my living room.
Love it !!!
Delivery driver was friendly and courteous and even helped me move my old sofa into another room.
First class in my opinion

I purchased a marble dining table and four chairs from House of bling interiors, I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the product and the service is excellent.

Excellent customer service and very responsive.
Received my mirrored bed and unfortunately the mirrors were cracked, I contacted house of bling, who dealt with the fault immediately, they replaced new headboard 7 days later and fitted it for me.

The way it was dealt with it was so reassuring and positive that I will 100% be back to purchase a bed for my son and my sofa when I’ve saved for it.

Great experience really happy with my Thomas tv bed and mattress.

I can’t recommend house of bling enough, we chose them after many months of consideration to design our beds rooms and our cinema wall panelling and cinema sofa beds.

They sent out one of their team to measure and go through ideas which was great, the lady Emma who attended was a great help.

Our rooms were completed within 6 weeks, the assembling guys were amazing they went above and beyond and throughout were very very polite.

I’ve given house of bling permission to use our pictures and have also uploaded someone out home account.

Very impressed with my tv beds ordered from house of bling and my Washington curve bed.

Delivery was made 3 and half weeks after I placed my ordered, delivery team were real good guys extremely impressed.

Great service, I’m pleased with my new dressing table received, great communication I’m a happy customer.

Exceptional customer service, ordered my sofa and dining table from
House of bling, nothing was too much trouble for the ladies in the office they were very patient.
My order arrived slightly late but that’s ok, I understand how busy they are.
Unfortunately the arm on my sofa had a defect on it which I noticed after the delivery drivers had left.

I contacted house of bling and they were amazing, sent delivery driver over 2 days later collected the affected part and returned it back to me 4 days later
I couldn’t of asked for a better service.
