I ordered a customised Lincoln Bed back in a March, HoB allowed me to customise headboard length which was helpful. The product itself is beautiful and looks as advertised on their Instagram page (which is nerve-wracking, especially when ordering online).

There have been a couple of faults, which the company have helped to resolve. I have unfortunately been waiting since May for a fitter to come back out to fix the last fault with the bed - my lifting frame is unfortunately not resting on the support bar which is a potential safety hazard.

I last heard from the company in July, 8 weeks ago. Have tried calling, emailing and DM’ing on Instagram several times.

I will keep on trying but it’s such a shame that I can’t enjoy my product. It’s emotionally distressing as the process has taken 6 months already.

Lovely products and service is great when you can get hold of them. Just not acceptable for a company to take 2 months to get back to you.

Extremely pleased with our mirrored bed and Ashton sofa, house of bling were very helpful and my furniture is great quality we have now ordered our dining table and chairs

Can’t fault house of bling on their service we are very happy with our bedroom furniture and bed delivery was much quicker than all other companies time frames visited their show room and lady was most helpful we are very pleased with how our bedroom has turned out

Got our oxford sofa from here very happy with quality and service received quick turn around and lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about each product I enquired about and helped me make my choice which I’m very grateful for

Took delivery of our fire unit and Oxford sofa we are very happy with them, we did go to their show room and girls were so helpful in helping us choosing the sofa as the Oxford was not on display glad we took their advised. Delivery was good guys took it up to our 3rd floor flat and assembled for us

Happy with our 2 beds from house of bling and are wall panels very good quality designed very well assembly guy was extremely helpful couldn’t ask for more customer service team were great with aftercare and with answering all my questions

Zara sofa arrived today couldn’t be happier my 4th purchase from house of bling I’m soooo soooo happy with my sofa.. would leave a picture but I can’t on here but have loaded them on social media

We got our Washington bed and bedside cabinets from house of Bling extremely happy with them. House of Bling were very helpful with holding the bed for us until we moved which was delayed 3 weeks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Wish I read reviews before making a purchase from these people! Have two review pages aswell so read all comments!
Ordered sofas from them back in jan and twice they gave me dates it would be delivered, for me to sit in all day waiting for them to not bother turning up. when they finally did it was after the allocated timeframe. The delivery was an absolute joke! 2 clearly incapable men came and tried to ram part of the soft into my door, damaging my door and the sofa. Once they couldn’t get it it’s at an angle anyone with common sense could see it wasn’t going to fit, they told me they can’t get it in so they will just leave it in the garden & il need to get someone to help me get it inside. When I said I didn’t have anyone to help me with it inside they just looked at me like it’s not their problem and continued to dump the other pieces in the garden and leave. Service was disgraceful! So I contacted “customer service” and all I got was denial that anything was wrong and that I didn’t not pay for assembly, when I wasn’t requesting assembly but I expect it to arrive when stated and delivered inside my house. Kept getting denials, then said she will send me replacement feet that were all damaged from the “delivery men”.
Waited 2 weeks and nothing, clearly lied about sending them and ignored emails until I wrote on their FB page. Apart from the damage, the sofa I received wasn’t even like the ones pictured on the website and I was told apparently these are “extras”. When no place on the description says extras and all photos show the same design So blatantly false advertising aswell. After having the sofa in my house a few weeks it was clear it wasn’t quality or bespoke, it was cheap nasty material and the foam had already flattened.
Since I was getting nowhere with company I had to contact my bank to return payments & once I did, they were on email straight away to say they were picking up the sofa, instead of admitting they were in the wrong and sorting the problem. They also put in a dispute with the bank so they can keep taking monthly payments from my account when they have already took the sofa back & it was recorded them collecting it since I had a feeling they’d probably deny it. 6months on I’m still having hassle with this “company” taking yet another payment out of my account for an item I DONT HAVE! So have reported yet again! Place is clearly a scam and i urge anyone else with problems with them to report them to trading standards and the ombudsman so they don’t keep getting away with their dodgy practices.

Every bed is absolutely stunning and very well made quality is very good

Service from customer service was good only criticism I have is they need more staff as quite difficult to get hold of them but she explained it’s because phone is constantly ringing.

We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a well made bed or cot they are beautiful

Purchased my emperor bed and wall panelling from here was designed specially to how I wanted it detailing is beautiful the fitter was amazing and my bedroom is fit for a queen, Emma was amazing in helping me design the room I also had my mirrored bedroom furniture from here too can’t wait to move on to the living room next

My bed didn’t arrive with a couple of issues house of bling were great provided a replacement and were very helpful about it my sofa is absolutely beautiful i have the Zara u could not recommend them enough

Very happy with our Washinton bed, opted for the off white and we are really pleased with it quality is great service was great bed took around 4 weeks to arrive
