I messed up my measurements but this was amended with no issues

What absolute shambles of a company.

Being a business owner my self of many different businesses I find this hard to write, but there’s nothing iv put that’s not the truth. We have every convo, pictures and videos from the day of the build to the last day we spoke 8 weeks ago with no response, unhappy to say we used a local firm to repair.

Not only did they have to completely remake out sofa when it come back it was two toned colour. When they remade the cushion it was to big and bowed. We have luckily had it put rite by my own expense. If you need more information about this company feel free to message us, I own 3 business so this isn’t some random person who hasn’t got a clue about Custormer relations. U can see the messages between us saying this is normal and all the pictures of them trying to glue and repair in our holiday home.. your see my businesses at geareduptuning instagram

As it won’t allow me to upload pictures please message us on instagram and il be happy to provide everything, u may find this up to standards but don’t waste your hard earning to be fooled by some lovely edited picture we have the video of them trying to repair with glue in our holiday home, cctv of them cracking our outside light and then looking at it and leaving it. We have everything from day 1.

You may find what iv had delivered great quality and looks good. But please take the folder of pictures and check the quality yourself. Save your self the waiting time for delivery and hassle it comes with it.

This has took a year and a half and nothing apart from this has never happened before but it’s happened twice but he blames he can’t control the staff and quality control.

And just to add we have not been refunded for the light that they have put in there reply. We can also provide screen shots of this we have only received £100 as a sorry as they had to repair the sofa 3 times and still wasn’t correct.

As a few of you have messaged us already you can rest assure we wasn’t lying.

I ordered two sofas last year from HOC and I couldn’t be happier with them! Just wow! They are stunning! The team are really helpful! They listened to exactly how I wanted my sofas to look, as well as offering advice on what they think will and won’t look right along the way! The quality of the sofas are something else! I have Italian Linen so I was quite worried about it getting stained but any marks just wipes up so easy with a single use of a wet wipe! Excellent customer service from start to finish!

We would just like to let everyone know how excellent the service has been with this company regarding our Super King size bed that was supplied earlier this year, it was bespoke and what a difference it has made to our sleeping.

We just needed a small adjustment so I contacted Martin as to when his team was next in Surrey, this was on Friday night, little did we expect his team to contact us the very next day to see if we would be at home, bearing in mind they are Cheshire based!

The guys came along and sorted the issue, so 1st class service, congratulations.

I brought my first sofa from house of Chelsea over two years ago, I brought a bed this year and I am currently having a chair designed for my nursery. I have always dealt with Mike who had always been a pleasure to deal with and very patient when I am changing my mind multiple times I have trusted his opinions when finalising up and things and he has always worked very hard with the design team to get things made exactly how I want them. I will be a lifelong customer.

Professional from the outset! Someone was always available to answer queries and the colour swatches were sent quickly
