House of Chelsea were exceptional from start to finish, sourcing the exact beige colour sample we wanted directly from their suppliers. The quality is excellent and everyone compliments how luxurious yet comfortable they are! Claire was amazing, so easy to deal with and answered all of our questions whatever the time of day it was. The haulier drivers were also lovely and were really helpful, leaving early in the morning to arrive at our address 4.5 hours later, at the exact specified time that we required. I ordered the princess bed for me and my daughter Tamara and it’s safe to say I absolutely love it!! The quality is outstanding and the service we received from the designer Mike was amazing. He was so kind and friendly and made sure that our beds were designed to perfection. The delivery drivers that came to the house were again so friendly and they are a credit to house of chelsea (Carl and Gary) and so is Mike.
I will certainly be ordering more furniture as my other daughter imogen now has seen mine and wants one! And I will definitely be ordering a sofa in the future.

absolutely perfect from start to finish
I was so nervous using an online company but I honestly cannot recommend house of Chelsea enough. Delivery time given to me within a number of weeks and then Claire made contact early on and stayed in constant contact (sometimes at night and weekends!!) with any questions i had. My sofa arrived perfectly and I am so in love with it. Amazing quality and just what I wanted.
Can’t fault a thing. Will 100% be using them again

I wish I could give this company 100 stars! I had a imagine in my head and House of Chelsea made it into my dream sofa! I changed my mind on it once I had ordered it maybe 10 times, I was made to feel like no job was too big and I could message at any time with my questions and alterations. Through out I had the lovely Claire dealing with me, and she has been amazing she goes above and beyond. My sofa arrived last night delivery guys really nice, and wow the quality of it is perfect. Very strong frame, great attention to detail and the material is so soft. You defiantly get what you pay for. I would recommend this company and I’ll be using them in the future and recommending to family and friends.
