From first enquiry to delivery I can’t recommend HoC enough from sales team to delivery guys all so friendly and helpful. The sofa is amazing quality, study frame and good quality fabrics what you order is what you get and so much more. Lovely attention to detail and so comfy. Looking forward to lounging around on my fabulous new sofa. 10/10

OK, it is often difficult to know where to start but HOUSE of CHELSEA exceeded all our expectations, helpful in creating the pieces we required, helpful in responding to queries and helpful in advising on the overall look we were wanting to achieve so all in all from start to finish their Customer Service is excellent.
Day of delivery and installation, the team where amazing, professional, respectful, polite, tidy, friendly, they where with us for 2 days and the installation and putting all the pieces we ordered into place WOW... the look has transformed the room and happy doesn't even sum up how we feel.
Both Chris and I are in awe of the transformation, the service and a huge great big thank you to Claire, Ian, Dave and the team... so much so we are using them again the New Year... the work is outstanding, the quality is second to none and teamed with support we wouldn't go anywhere else... THANK YOU HofC x

Thank you to Claire at House Of Chelsea for our new bed. We wanted a bedroom design that is contemporary and a tv lift on our bed to save space. The service she gave was exceptional snd I cannot recommend this company enough. We cannot wait to order our sofa.

I received my cinema sofa design yesterday evening after a disappointing service from another company that eventually let me down.
I contacted House Of Chelsea. The lady in the office was super helpful however I needed my sofa before Christmas as I had promised my children. I gave my measurements snd placed my order. Swatches arrived the next day and my sofa was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering.

The sofa itself is beautiful and my children are in love with it. I’m so happy with my sofa thank you for your help.

Such a good company made it very easy to order. Was always able to speak to one of the team whenever I needed whilst the order was being processed and they were happy to help.

I ordered a sofa from House of Chelsea based on various photographs on their Instagram page, of a sofa in colour Beige.

Only once you have placed and paid for your order will they send you a colour swatch.

That said, i received my colour swatch a week later, albeit it was the size of a postage stamp, and confirmed the colour of my sofa (Beige).

A few weeks later i received an undoubtedly Grey Sofa, which looks nothing like the Instagram images or the colour swatch.

When i complained, i was told that the sofa has Beige in it, and "i see colour differently" to everyone else. That same day, the very misleading posts disappeared from their Instagram page.

A designer was sent around to my house, who tried to convince me that my very Grey sofa was infact Beige.

When he failed to do so, he got very irate and started calling previous customers for their testimonies (not sure how this relates to my complaint).

When i questioned why House of Chelsea had removed these posts, he got angry and told me to deal with their legal team and left. Very unprofessional and intimidating.

Ten minutes after he left, three posts appeared on the House of Chelseas Instagram page(1st December) All apparently "Italian Pebble", but the colour in each image looks entirely different.

I am unsure what they are trying to prove, but please look at these images before you think about buying your sofa from them..... basically, its a lucky dip what colour sofa you will receive and these posts have proven what cowboys they are (they will probably have been removed by the time you read this)

Very unprofessional and the way they speak to customers is appalling!! Beware

This was my second order with the ‘House of Chelsea’, all I can say is ‘outstanding’…. The customer service care I received from the amazing Claire was second to none, nothing was ever too much for her, she was always quick to respond to a text or phone call and always so attentive, she was as passionate about our order as we were. I can’t thank you enough Claire! Our furniture is absolutely stunning, the quality and design is superb. I would highly recommend, and have done even to the buyers of our house who also ordered after seeing the amazing craftsmanship of my beautiful furniture. Thank you ‘House of Chelsea’ and the biggest thank you ever goes to the amazing Claire who just went above and beyond for us.

I worked with one of the designers, Claire, to create my dream sofa. I have to say, I was hugely particular about how I wanted it and Claire was absolutely amazing throughout! Whenever I messaged, I’d get an instant response and no question was left unanswered. Truly brilliant customer service!
As for my new sofa, it is everything I dreamed it would be! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I’m not usually one to write reviews but had to take some time to say what a fantastic service I have received from order to delivery. Claire was amazing and no question was ever too much trouble, 5***++++ would definitely recommend.

Really happy with the service we received from house of Chelsea. Our designer Carl was amazing throughout, we talked through all the small details to ensure a truly bespoke product that matched our specific requirements. Carl was also extremely accommodating throughout the whole process. I had a few delays due to ongoing building work, he was able to delay the delivery without any hassle.

As for the sofa itself, it’s a very high end suite finished to a great standard and you can feel the quality just from looking at it, very comfortable too with a really soft finish.

I would highly recommend Carl and house of Chelsea. We will be using them again for sure.

House of Chelsea have been absolutely amazing start to finish. Customer service has been second to none. Claire has been amazing, available any time of day to answer messages/texts. The sofa is everything we wanted and more. Quality is fantastic absolutely beautiful. We are so pleased and would recommend to anyone!

The overall customer service from House of Chelsea was excellent. I spoke with a man named Karl regarding my purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to do the job! He was very friendly, the communication between us was great and he kept me in the loop with any new information. Karl is an asset to the company. The quality of the sofa is exceptional and matches the price perfectly. Thank you for your service! I will be definitely be returning.

Great quality sofa, great delivery guy. Put together, puffed and all bits nicely cleaned off.
