I was very dubious ordering a bespoke sofa online especially as I wanted it to fit within my bay window so not a standard sofa...
From start to finish the service was faultless.
Communication was consistent even after delivery, the sofa looks amazing and the quality is outstanding, it’s definitely more then a sofa it’s a feature.
Also a mention to the delivery guys. They were friendly, careful and would not leave until every cushion was placed nicely, again attention to detail.
Totally impressed and without a doubt recommend them and will be purchasing more from them.
Also very fast turnaround time, delivery date was earlier then first given.

After a terrible experience with a different sofa company Claire has completely restored my faith in bespoke furniture companies. Absolutely couldn’t recommend mike and the team enough!! Right from the start of the design process nothing was too much hassle. The quality of the furniture and the padded panelling were exquisite and I just don’t think I could ever use anyone else! Really looking forward to ordering some more furniture when we do the rest of the house!! Don’t be fooled by any of their competitors house of Chelsea is the only place to use for bespoke furniture! Amazing Customer Service and Furniture!
I received amazing customer service from start to finish with prompt reply’s and updates regarding my furniture.
The furniture is such an amazing quality and my sofa is so comfortable.
I purchased a tv bed which is also amazing quality and very sturdy. The guys put this all together on arrival we didn’t have to do anything!
I would defiantly recommend House Of Chelsea. 10/10 experience!

Followed House of Chelsea on Instagram for a while and as soon as the opportunity rose for me to purchase there was no other company I wanted to deal with. The quality and luxurious furniture they create is stunning. Contacted House of Chelsea with 2 pieces I required creating, the customer service helpfulness and thoroughness was outstanding down to the finer details .. order placed and paid and delivery date confirmed.
Customer service contact second to none and with delivery before it was due 😊. The furniture arrived and wow it is stunning what they have created exactly if not more than I anticipated in every way from design to quality... can not recommend House of Chelsea enough I will definitely be a repeat customer has I have a few future projects where I will definitely be calling on them to assist... highly recommended ❤️

I highly recommend House of Chelsea! Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, they are complete perfectionists and made sure we were happy with our furniture and everything was how we wanted before leaving.
The quality of the furniture is incredible, not only does it look stunning but it's comfortable and durable! Any spills or marks just wipe off.
We get so many compliments on our furniture from House of Chelsea, it was the best decision going with them!
