Our account manager goes above and beyond to support our membership - we couldn't be happier with our designation!

If you're looking to increase your brand awareness and need support breaking into a new territory, I would highly recommend.

We're also happy to report, we've won our second client and look forward to what we can achieve in 2023.

Total waste of time and money. I've been signed up now for 13 months. My first client success manager was great and helped me get going. Unfortunately after 2 months I was given a new "client success manager" she failed to turn up to 3 video calls to help me get my page running. I lost 3 days wages for these no shows. Not even an apology from her. I asked to cancel my subscription as I had had not a single call from her in 11 months and was left rendered with a completely pointless setup I had no idea how to use .

We’ve been able to create a professional platform for our business. It’s easy to update and interact with current leads

We aren’t getting the number of leads we thought we might we’d have by now. After 6 months on the platform, I thought our monthly leads would be up to 5-10. Instead we are on around 2 and some aren’t in our area.

Any advice on how to improve this?

Joe has been a great account manager ; attentive to detail, forward looking, encouraging, I feel like I am being very well looked after at Houzz as a result.

I employed a landscaper who turned out to be incompetent and dishonest. He is currently being investigated by Trading Standards. I reviewed this landscaper on Houzz, as it is important that people are not further scammed by this individual. THREE times, Houzz have refused to post the review. There is now a fake review on this landscapers listing on Houzz. I have told them about this, but the review is still there. Houzz are as dishonest as the trader they allow on their site (who pays, obviously)

Update:
As you can see, Houzz have sent a generic, identical response to the response they sent earlier. They make the point that homeowners should do their research before employing a tradesperson. This is, of course, where sites like Houzz come into play. They allow people to post reviews of traders on their site. Unfortunately, they remove NEGATIVE reviews, so the householder thinks these traders must be marvellous., because all they get is positive reviews! Houzz also ignore the point I made about the only review for this trader has quite clearly been left by the trader himself, with pictures of his OWN HOUSE. but they have STILL not removed it. They also make the point that I am free to send a review myself. I have done. 3 times,..... they don't publish it. SO, I stick with my assertion that Houzz are thoroughly dishonest and unreliable. Reply to that, HOUZZ!!

I am an architect who uses Houzz Pro for marketing purposes. Houzz recently published a review of my services on their website which is fake, libellous and supported by a falsified invoice. Houzz have, to date, refused to take down this review. The response from Support has been appalling, the advice being that negative reviews lend authenticity to my service. I am grateful that I have never availed of any of the features of Houzz Pro apart from marketing, as I am wary of ceding control of my affairs and data to Big Tech. Their rolling annual contracts are infuriating.

Great professional support, getting good matching leads and the various pro CRM + creative tools are great and helps to streamline client as well project management.

Houzz a great platform for specialist professionals, having used the platform for two years now. I find the leads to be of high quality, in addition the support team and your personal account manager to be very attentive, and always at the end of a call when need be. I could not highly recommend Houzz Pro.

Thank you Max and Classic Kitchen. We have had a lot of neighbours commented at the excellent workmanship and design. It is really a beautiful kitchen worth waking up in the morning. Every company boosts a good after sales service but Classic Kitchen went over and above their obligation to satisfy us. Thank you.

I have been a long-standing design professional on Houzz, my account being managed for most of this duration by Silvia Carcamo. Silvia is very communicative, incredibly diplomatic, very positive and most engaging. She has an empathetic nature, great initiative, and a capacity for innovative problem-solving when it comes to dealing with obstacles often arising in business. Although success on this platform is not straight forward, I appreciate her dedicated approach and value the time she has given me working tirelessly (sometimes out-of-hours) to help me achieve the best results. Thank you Silvia and I wish you much continued success in your role.

So far, I'm still making my mind up about the overall Houzz Pro platform and service and whether it will be worthwhile in the longrun. My 'onboarding specialist' Lorenzo has been very professional and has helped me to improve my profile and marketing settings on the site. I did have to ask for a different 'onboarding specialist' a month in as the first person was pretty rubbish and unhelpful. I've received one lead that has converted into a real project since I joined 3 months ago through the site which isn't a great return on the monthly investment but I'm hoping that in time and with more completed projects and reviews on the site that this will improve over time. The jury is out so far.
