I ordered a Hovcart for the wife, ordering was easy and delivery timely. Assembly was pretty stright forward and not difficult! Everything seem to be working as it should but haven't had it long enough to be able to give a full knowledgeable assessment. With that being said, the wife is happy with it so far so that's a plus! Only issue I've had so far is with the promised gift for doing their survey. Email back and forth several time with no resolution when I decided it probably isn't worth the time or effort.

My daughter really likes her electric scooter. It's the best way for me to get her outside and off her devices. Lol! The scooter gets to going pretty fast, but it seems to be pretty high quality. She's had a few wipe outs, but the scooter is still in great shape.

I purchased a bike from Hovsco direct website and was very excited. Unfortunately when it arrived it was broken. They told me to package it up without having to worry if it was well packaged and send it back for a full refund. I was able to hear back from them by email pretty quickly. They offered a few deals which I declined then they promptly sent me a return label no questions asked. I returned the bike and got a full refund, it did take quite a while to get the refund about 2-3 weeks. They were very apologetic for it being broken.

After ordering one of these Hovsco Bikes for my wife to haul our son around, we quickly all fell in love it. Therefore I ordered myself one. I ordered a bike during a promotional deal and accidentally didn’t click the right button to except the promotional deal nor did I add a discount code. Thankfully after me reaching out to the Hovsco team they took care of my mistakes with no questions asked! Great company, and sick easy to use bikes! Thanks!

Warranty Issues
Warranty Issues. Bike stop working after 15 minutes. Took it to a bike shop and was told, they would honor the warrant. The shop said it needed a new motor. They said the motor was ordered. After a couple of months. The bike shop said, The shipping company was the issue. The company, GoFo failed to deliver and was going to destroy the motor. The shop odered another one from Hovsco. Hovsco frused to replace it.

FALSE ADVERTSING - PLEASE START THE RETURN PROCESS IMMEDIATELY
I recieved this scooter on 11-13-2025. I STARTED requesting a REFUND AND A return on 11-14-2025.
This scooter's advertising is FALSE, INACCURATE, and the scooter does not do what the description says it does.
1. After a full charge, the scooter WOULD NOT MOVE with me on it in Low gear. It will not move in L (low) with me sitting on it. VIDEOS ATTACHED.
2. After a full charge, this scooter WOULD NOT climb very simple slight hills. I would have to walk the scooter up slight hills. Then it would operate going down hill. This scooter does not do what the advertising shows.
3. After a full charge, this scooter would only range 14 miles. I had to walk the scooter after 14 miles. The range of 35 miles is FALSE ADVERTISING.
4. Some descriptions says it has a 500w motor, which is untrue or very questionable. Some descriptions say it has a 350w motor.
5. This scooter is very weak and does not have the power to do what the description says it does. I am VERY VERY VERY dissatisfied with this scooter and I hate I wasted my time BUYING IT UNDER FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT. IT WAS A UTTER WASTE OF MY TIME.

Highly Recommend HOVSCO HOVCART!
I recently purchased the HOVSCO HOVCART eBike, along with the children’s seat and the interchangeable rear basket, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far.
The ability to switch between the kids’ seat and the rear basket is incredibly convenient. It makes the bike super versatile—perfect for family rides one day and errands the next. My 4-year-old daughter absolutely loves riding on the back. The children’s seat is very well built, feels extremely safe, and keeps her comfortable the entire ride, which gives me great peace of mind.
The battery life has exceeded my expectations by a lot. We’ve gone on many rides now, including longer rides lasting hours at a time, and the battery just keeps going. The brakes are very responsive and give the bike a solid, confident feel while riding.
Assembly was straightforward, with clear directions that made the process easy. On top of that, the customer service from HOVSCO has been absolutely top-notch. I’ve asked them plenty of questions (probably more than most!), and every time they’ve been quick to respond, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about their product. It’s rare to find customer service this good.
Overall, I’ve had nothing but an amazing and positive experience with both the bike and the company. I highly recommend HOVSCO and the HOVCART to anyone considering an eBike—especially families. We’re all really looking forward to many more adventures on our new bike!

I purchased both the Hovsco Ranger and the HovCart and have really enjoyed them. My wife loves the cart for rides with the little ones — it’s powerful, smooth, and super comfortable. I use the Ranger for my daily commute, and it’s been great on range and reliability. I did have an issue with the hydraulic brakes at first, but Hovsco’s customer service was excellent — quick to respond and sent replacement parts right away. Overall, very happy with both products and would definitely buy from this company again!
