Was delivered with a flat tire put air…

Was delivered with a flat tire put air in went flat right away. They want a video on a bunch other crap to get it fixed. I don’t have time for this.

Beautiful imposing bike!

Love the bike, it is solid, big and beautiful. It seems well built but the Hovsco app needs to be easier to use (more user friendly). Also the rear brakes needed adjustment/

Received the Hovcart without the child…

Received the Hovcart without the child seat and other accessories. Company did not notify me that the child seat was on back order. I thought both items would arrive at the same time but they didn’t. Hovsco should’ve provided notice of this since the representation at time of purchase was that all items would be shipped at the same time.

Delivery of bike quick missing free parts

The bike came in quickly after i ordered it , but i was supposed to received a child seat and running boards for free and haven’t seen them yet . i reached out to customer service and didn’t get a response . i hope to get them soon

Terrible x10

Terrible. They sent me a damaged bike. Paint was scraped off the frame. No damage to the shipping box. Happened before it was packaged. No inspection? Quality control? All they agreed to do is send me a paint pen. I don’t want a paint pen! I want a bike that’s not damaged but I agreed to let them send me a front metal rack but they said my situation is not priority! “We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Regarding the metal front basket, we only have 4 pieces left in stock and need to use them for normal sales, so we are unable to offer them to you as compensation, hope you understand.” I tried to give them an opportunity to make it right but now I’d just like to return the bike since they aren’t willing to negotiate. And like one of the other reviewers mentioned the kids seat being out of stock, yeah I’m in the same situation. I have a $1500 bike that isn’t complete. I ordered the set and they sent only part of my order! WHAT A JOKE!!!! Don’t waste your time.

Hovscout 26” full suspension …

I got the Hovscout full suspension bike for my 60th birthday. I am a life long dirt bike rider and wanted an E bike for exercise and to ride the local trails around the Los Angeles mountains.
The bike is really robust and looks great. The 4” fat tires are so cool and when riding, they really absorb a ton of vibration making the ride very smooth. I unlocked the bike to get the maximum speed out of it and it cruises at a fast pace of 25mph. I’m 220 lbs by the way and 6’ tall.

The suspension is adequate for intermediate trails but maybe not for super aggressive downhill stuff. I’m on the lookout to upgrade the shocks and forks but I’m not in a hurry.

I went for a ride with a couple buddies who had high end mountain bikes and I could easily out climb them going uphill. That was impressive.

I also like to ride at night and the headlight the bike comes with is super bright. I compare it to my $199 battery powered headlight I had on my other road bike and it’s about the same power.

I did change the seat for more comfort. I also strapped a water bottle holder to the frame. Added a phone mount to the bars and I’m all set. The bike comes with a 14-28 7 speed gears which I easily changed to 11-32 for $20 and I can now cruise at 28mph. No adjustments to the derailer or chain.

All in all I’m happy with the bike. Not sure of the total miles I can get on a full charge but I’ll test that soon on longer rides. So far I’ve been doing 20 miles or less each ride.

Customer service has been helpful and has answered all my questions.

Out of stock parts for kids seat.

I placed a order for a bike to go on a ride for a special event with my kids in the beginning of March. I recieved a email after purchase that the parts for the backseat for my kids to ride with me was out of stock. I wish I would of known before I made the purchase because now it's looking like we are not gonna have the bike with all accessories on time for the event. I feel like the website should of said it was out of stock or sold out. Instead of emailing me after the purchase.
