I purchased both the Hovsco Ranger and the HovCart and have really enjoyed them. My wife loves the cart for rides with the little ones — it’s powerful, smooth, and super comfortable. I use the Ranger for my daily commute, and it’s been great on range and reliability. I did have an issue with the hydraulic brakes at first, but Hovsco’s customer service was excellent — quick to respond and sent replacement parts right away. Overall, very happy with both products and would definitely buy from this company again!
Hovcart- fun bike, great service!
Ordered a HOVSCO Hovcart with child accessories. It showed up in a timely manner and was fairly easy to assemble. The LCD screen was not functioning. Customer service was responsive in sending a new one with video instructions on how to install as well as how to unlock Class 3 manually since it wouldn’t work with the app due to having a new screen that wasnt linked to the original purchase. Myself and my 3 and 4yo have been enjoying our daily trips to school, the park, and around the neighborhood. Very satisfied!

HOVCART model
I ordered a Hovsco Hovcart with all of the child accessories on there previous model last summer. We have had nothing but fun with it. some screws that held the passenger seat down fell off some how. I called Hovsco and they sent me the screws for free! The rear wheel spokes on their spoked model had broken this summer. After some back and forth with Hovsco. They are able to provide me the wheel i need to get the bike fixed again. I appreciate Hovsco’s customer service. We look forward to enjoying our bike again soon!

If you are not a mechanic and electrician, don’t buy any bike from this Hovsco, there bike is super cheap quality and the warranty terrible, can’t repair and try to make you purchase another one from there company, you talk to them will make yourself anxiety. delivered with broken parts, HOVSCO won't refund us
They delivered a bike with broken and bent parts that didn't run. The brake cable for the front brake was frayed, the chain was bent, and the rotors on both wheels were bent and had to be replaced before we even rode the bike. We had it professionally put together and all the broken parts replaced-- and Hovsco customer service said they will not refund us the invoice for the broken parts!! We're out $200, time, and will never, EVER buy a bike from them again. Don't waste your money on a bike that's not even guaranteed by the company. What kind of company doesn't stand behind their product?

Quality bike for a fair price. Great Customer Support
Our bikes arrived in great shape and on time. Assembly was straightforward and the video provided by Customer support were great.
The bikes are solid and well built. The batteries are lasting quite a long time. We live in a very hilly area and have made over 25 miles on less than half battery charge.
I have reached out to Customer support two times, and they have responded quickly and provided the information and pictures and video I needed to resolve my questions and get proper brake pads and remove the rear wheel safely to replace the rear tire after I ran over some discarded cable and metal that damaged the tire.
For the price this is a great quality bike.

We recently purchased two HOVSCO HovCart e-bikes for mainly off-road use, and they have completely blown us away! These bikes are not only rugged and powerful enough to handle trails, hills, and rough terrain, but they’re also thoughtfully designed for families like ours.
We added the child rack attachment, and between the two bikes, we’re able to carry all three of our kids comfortably and securely. We also opted for the front basket accessory, which has been super convenient for carrying snacks, water, and gear on longer rides. These bikes are absolute tanks! They cruise over dirt, gravel, and roots with no problem, even with the extra load. The pedal assist and throttle features are incredibly smooth and make the ride feel effortless, even on steep inclines.
What made this whole experience even better was the incredible customer service. Coina was an absolute standout; friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. She answered all of my questions with patience, and followed up to make sure everything was delivered perfectly. She made what could’ve been an overwhelming process feel easy and exciting.
If you’re looking for an off-road ready e-bike that’s tough enough for trails but versatile enough for the whole family, I can’t recommend the HOVSCO HovCart enough, especially with their child rack setup. We’ve already made some unforgettable memories, and I know there are many more to come!

I purchased a GTSR
I purchased a GTSR - I had to pay a third party $40 to fix the seat bc bolts were so off alignment - secondly Hovsco puts anti cease on everything and too much of it, the bolt that goes into headlight is held inside light by a preformed piece of plastic - the bolt stripped spinning and cannot be removed - looking inside validated how cheaply made it was - no way to fix it. customer service comes out of china and after sending multiple emails they offered to send a bolt which just shows they don’t understand - the bolt needs to be cut but a new there’s nothing inside light to hold the nut - it’s a $10 part - I’ve spent too much time with no support. The 2 year warranty is worthless bc there is no customer service department plus the software they push so hard may be carrying spyware. In one week if I don’t get this resolved w a replacement headlight, my credit card company already said they will put the charge into dispute. Bike is decent but there’s a lot of misrepresentation by Hovsco individuals whom do not understand nor speak English. I would not recommend this company for an EV bike. Hovsco US is nothing more than a warehouse.

Sent HOVSCO a email with picture, have not heard back from them. I called the support 2 twice during business hours left a message. Still have not heard back from them.

Just got the bike! Very well packaged and protected. Got it unboxed very clear instructions on how to assemble. Took it for a ride. All went well. Seems like a great product. There were two colors available. They sent me the wrong one. I could not access Android app.

Horrible Experience
I ordered my bike over a month ago now. Initially all the parts that were supposed to come with the bike did not. It took FOREVER for the child riding parts and front basket to arrive. There was no notice that these items were out of stock and no notice that they would not be arriving with the intial main order. I had to call and figure out why they didnt arrive with the bike... The bike turned on once, then shut off and would not turn back on. The company is supposed to be sending me replacement parts to get the bike up and running, Yet they never show up. Customer service is practically non existent, If you get them to answer you are lucky. By the end of this I'll have the bike mechanic out twice on my dime. For what I spent on this bike I should have been riding and enjoying it the day it arrived!! Having to explain to my son why we just have to stare at it and can't ride it has been terrible!! I am truly disappointed and discouraged by this whole situation. I am staring to feel I should have spent the extra money to buy from a local store that would have helped me out much better. I just want to be able to enjoy what I spent a lot of money on. It seems the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing in this company. 😳

Torque monster with quick shipping
Shipping was quick with responsive customer service. Throttle mounting bracket was damaged, maybe from shipping. Bike looks great and is a torque monster!
Update: Contacted customer service and sent me a new throttle assembly. Great support!

Ordering and receiving my Hovsco HovAlpha has been a great experience. The online facebook groups are a great place to meet other owners and share in their experiences. Bike came securely packaged and the experience riding has been 2nd to none. There are a couple changes that would benefit this particular model. One being a much larger chainring 50 or 52 tooth. Handlebar risers, integrated brake light. At the very least have them as an upgrade purchase.
