I have had a walk in shower put in,this job was started last Wednesday and finished today,I can honestly say that the workers from this company as been amazing,from the plumbers to electrician painter,etc they have done a fantastic job,thankyou to Hughes Brothers,I'm so happy with my new bathroom you was all fantastic people.

I can't recommend this company enough down to earth and lovely my garden was a big job it was finished in a week garry just got on with it reliable,hardworking thank you

Very courteous and respectful of my disabled sister's needs. Always left the area as clean and tidy as possible and explained things in a way that she understood.

John Hughes refuses to pay tradesman for 30 days even if jobs are complete , I asked for some help with my wages after completing 2 jobs to a good standard and he started to be very aggressive, I had to involve a security company so that I could get my wages , he said he would pay me but then not to return to work , so i was ledt unemployed for no valid reason ,They have staff driving company veichles under the influence of alcohol , the standard of there work is just terrible, jobs are being installed unsafe due to inexperienced staff . If you are a tradesman DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY .

Purchased a house, snagging list included a flooding drive. Work agreed - written confirmation, 6 months on they changed there mind saying due to Covid a different site manager looked at the issue as it had exceeded 6 months since the complaint and refused to now do it.

Don’t trust a word they say including when you get it in writing.

Would review even lower if i could. Never hire this company especially if hiring private. Dont turn up half thr time and when they do its late and they arent equipt to do the job they are supposed to be doing. Ive not had a job finished yet from them that they started over last 2 years. The staff in the office dont answer your calls at all when you want to complain. Nothing but trouble
