Had Matt R attend to a blocked drain, on arrival he reassured me that it will be cleared and that he will talk me through step by step. He managed to clear the blockage and find the issue why it kept reoccurring, Matt R is an absolute asset to the company !

Mould remediation in our loft
Monty and Greg did a full mould remediation treatment in our loft this week. They were polite, friendly and worked tirelessly to get the job done. Communication was great and they certainly went the extra mile. They were extremely kind and considerate as I was nervous about having the treatment done, having just had the house fully renovated. They were super careful and put my mind at rest. Huge thanks.

I work at a nursery where Matt and Simon attended to try and fix toilet pump. They were both lovely kind men who went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. I felt very comfortable with them working in the nursery and alongside them trying to fix the problem.

Worst management team ever. I’ve been waiting for the “manager” to contact me for the miscommunication they had. I wasted a full whole day for them and they are not giving any updates whatsoever.
