Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team were incredibly hard working . It couldn’t have been easy doing everything using mainly the stairs, but they just got on with it without a single complaint. Really impressed with how thorough they were, and they even cleaned up after themselves. Cleaning little things that dropped off during the process. which made a big difference.

I was the damsel in distress, in need of urgent assistance to deal with evil fungi and called on the ICEMEN to hheeeeellllllpppp!! Just as the evil fungi threatened to fully sprout through my shower grate, MattMan swooped in, attacked them with his special secret disinfectant and destroyed them forever, earning my eternal gratitude and some sweet Scotch pancakes.

So, if you have a sudden, unexpected evil fungi - or just a regular horrible mould problem or anything else related - don't delay! Call on the ICEMEN to help and your issues will be resolved in a fast, efficient, professional, trusted and reasonably priced manner.

Hope and Javier provided an excellent service in cleaning the floors at a high end corporate building in central London. They checked we were happy with every area before proceeding to the next and produced a nice clean final product. Would highly recommend and will use on further projects going forward.

Hope was polite and explained everything he done and gave us advice relating to the clean up. Got the majorty of stains out of the carpets.

I used ICE to clean a rental property after it was left in an awful state by the tenants. They charged an eye-watering amount and were not worthy of 10% of that price.

Initially, they were supposed to collect the keys from a different address, however, they never told the cleaners this and so they went to the property first instead.

Once they got to the property, they didn't bother entering one of the rooms. When I flagged this and asked them about it, they lied and claimed that the door was locked, which was not possible as the door did not have a handle, let alone a lock.

Eventually, they agreed to return the property and clean that room, however, this time, they didn't think they should remove a mattress that was left on the balcony, even though they were asked to clear everything from the property.

After all of this, they refused to entertain the idea of any level of refund, claiming "the contracted job was eventually completed" despite it costing me in time and lost rental revenue.

Their staff were curt and dismissive, as well as simply lying to my face. Avoid these people at all costs!

I recently used Ice Services Group for an end of tenancy house clean. I must say I was most impressed with the individuals who turned up this was Joel, Liam and Javier. They were very thorough and my carpets looked almost brand new once they had finished. It was obvious that they went above and beyond to deliver this cleaning service. Also having spoke to Zac the owner, he was brillaint and very helpful and on point. 10/10 Thanks Guys.
