Worst Credit Card

Worst Bank. I was provided Coral Credit card with assurance that no annual charges would be levied. However I'm made to pay the same. Despite spending Rs 10 lacs annually no lounge service are provided on the card.

This is the worst bank ever

This is the worst bank ever. I am unable to see my online account from past 1 year , put someone else phone number in my bank profile and someone else is getting my OTP and looking my account details. They are breaching confidentiality of my account. Requested repeatedly to put my correct number but no action. Donot put any money in this bank.

As discussed with you today morning interest on delay payment of Rs:230/ i request you to check it and update the same, as total outstanding Rs:101530/but in that i had paid of RS:101230/, balance is approximateldy Rs:530 change, out standing delay payment as per you sheet, is Rs:(100-500), i request to wave of interest charges and other, below calculation as mentioned in credit card statement, please check it and conform the same,
outstanding balance is Rs:530/ wide card no 4019

Horrible experience with ICICI Support

I am having horrible experience with the ICICI bank.
My debit card was linked to an one NRE account, it was abruptly disconnected by ICICI Bank without notice. I called ICICI support center in Dubai and they responded and applied to reissue debit card from their end.
I haven't received my card yet. My internet banking is disrupted, and none of ICICI support are able to resolve it for more than a month, including the bank manager. I wrote to ICICI quality department and there is no response.

My bitter experience.
My son met with an accident and vehicle damaged.
He got Injuries.
Went to hospital.
2 wheeler was taken to work Shop by mechanic using Toe.
Mechanic initiated repairs.
Surveyor after intimation of 2 days visited work shop.
But Mechanic initiated repairs.
But Mechanic took photos at Accident place and damaged vehicle and spares.

He gave bill around 10000.

But claim rejected with one line reason 'Repair initiated before verification'.

I submitted all supportive documents like Vehicle damaged photo,
accident location,
Mechanic Bill,
My Son accident injuries photos,
Doctor Prescription,
XRay,
Medicines etc from
'Hindu Mission Hospital Tambaram Chennai'
where my son took treatment.

But company not accepting anything and adamant.

MD CEO referred.

But again rejected.

My simple question to the company.

When issue policy you never verify the vehicle sending surveyor.

How you issued policy without verification of vehicle?

Now adamant.

Friends, this company is not reliable.

Beware.

Think many times before taking policies.

While taking they will tell so many things.

But when claim comes they won't.

It is like a horse ready to open its mouth while offering Gross and closed it while putting 'Kadivalam'.

Anyway I will teach a lesson to the company.

I approach Medias, Reviews, IRDA, Ombudsman, Consumer forum, Civil case and FM letter etc.

Avoid this company. Worst service.

Impossible to communicate with them

Impossible to communicate with them. I understand that English might not be the first language, but the amount of repetitions I had to make, and the assistant couldn't understand my simple request.
I wish I'd never opened an account with them, it had laid dormant and I only had £1.40 in there but it took over half an hour just to find that out. They wanted to close the account for me, but when I couldn't even understand the first question to go through that process I offered the assistant the £1.40 and said just forget it, I can't do this anymore!!

I have been a loyal customer of ICICI…

I have been a loyal customer of ICICI Bank for over 15 years, and I continue to receive calls claiming that I have been assigned a dedicated relationship manager. However, when I genuinely needed assistance and reached out, my calls were either not answered or disconnected without any follow-up.

Additionally, I had closed my credit card a couple of years ago, yet it still appears as active in your records. As a result, my new card application is not being processed. To resolve this, I have made five calls over the past three days, but unfortunately, no one seems to have any clarity or access to my case history. Each time, I’m forced to explain the entire situation from scratch, with no resolution provided.

I did not expect this level of poor service from a reputed bank like ICICI. If this is what’s considered great customer service, I’m truly disappointed and unhappy with the experience.

For a mere 15000/- cash withdrawal from current account, which finally I could not encash, u was sent 4-5 times to get signature. When I was one of the account holder.
Your employees are not at all coperative.

I registered a complaint,but their reply was that no such incidents are occured on that day.

Applying for a home loan as an NRI with this bank was a nightmare. There was zero clarity on documentation, constant delays, and no accountability. After weeks of waiting, I was rejected without any valid reason. I wouldn’t recommend this product to any NRI buyer — it’s a waste of time and hope.

I'm customer here since 2005

I'm customer here since 2005, I never recommend this bank for any one. One officer Linnet Pinto who is there almost since I opened the account and also a Relationship manager assigned to me don't know how to behave with customers. Today I tried to open demat account with this bank at their Mangalore branch, But had a miserable experience.
If you want a miserable life and days filled with endless harrasments can bank with these people.

Misguidance from staff, repeated visitsrequired. ICICI bank is not interested in you when there's no profit in the transaction

I wanted to close my current account with ICICI Bank. It seems customer's troubles start when the bank does not see any profit in a transaction.
For instance, it's very difficult to get account closure form. I could not find it on their website.I visited their branch. The printer was not working. The staff said he will mail the form to my mail id in some time.
I do not get an email. So I visit the branch 2nd time . I get a hard copy from the branch. Fill it up and submit (visit 3). They didn't tell me that I will need to put company stamp under signature and board resolution and also for account closure copy is needed. I am sent back from the bank 1st time for company stamp. Then I viit 4th time with the board resolution copy. Bank staff asks me to submit original board resolution! I tell them that this is not possible. Board resolution is company internal matter. I also logged a copmplaint number E027364280 with ICICI bank customer support. (It's taking it's own sweet time and even after 1 month there's no update on action taken. I have sent a reminder today on 3rd May.)
Then the bank does not even issue me a closure letter for the account. I am still visting the branch to get the closure confirmation.
Think before you bank with them, if you would like to be treated like this.
