NIAB EMR has hired chilling equipment from ICS Cool Energy for many many years. I am the Glasshouse Manager here and I have always been impressed with their professional approach and swift service. The hire cost of the units we have here is always very competitive. Ben Davies your Sales Manager is always very helpful and on the very rare occasion a piece of kit has gone wrong he has helped me resolve the issue very quickly which has meant I have never lost any experimental material using these facilities.

Great service by Jacob and the team. Very helpful with working out exactly what was needed and adding any last minute additions. Delivery & collection were dead on time.
