We are a Critical Facilities Mechanical Engineering company that cover 250+ maintenance clients across the UK including out 24hr service, in the rare events we have mechanical equipment failures it is paramount that an alternative cooling solution can be fitted and running asap as to not have any effect to the operation of our clients.

ICS Cool Energy have assisted us with for the last few years with temporary cooling options from small temporary air cooling products up to large long term chiller hire, they always deliver as required and offer a well trained and competent installation and decommissioning staff to help speed the cooling requirements up.

ICS have become a valuable extension to our business and shall continue to utilise the helpful service.

We have hired a large range of systems from ICS Cool Energy from portable air conditioners to large chiller packs for many years now & they are consistent with their solutions and commitment to there customers.

ICS are a company that knows how to get a job done quickly and professionally, in our industry this is very important. I deal mainly with the sales team and the admin team which is always a pleasure.

Hope you are well. I wanted to drop you an email to express my upmost thanks and grattitude to your two engineers Chris and Lee.Without their help last night that went far beyond what was expected i would have lost the MRI scanner for sure.They not only did thay stay so late in to the night they was so focused on making sure the MRI was cooling with turning off and on the cryo unit to buy us time i really don't know what i would of done with out them.

It was such a pleasure working with Lee and Chris and i can not thank them enough for their help.

I won't touch base with what happened as Lee and Chris will let you know in their report last from last night.

we have had 2 chillers from the ICS hire department, both sized correctly and from staff on the phone, to the delivery driver, to engineer onsite, all were outstanding. excellent service,when decommisioned was collected within days. would recommend to anyone who needs a hire chiller fast, .

Initial contact very promising but later communications not so good as it took ages to get a response from the contact. First cooler unit delivered was faulty (pre delivery checks?). When the replacement arrived the old on stood on the loading dock for ages before being picked up, what a waste of delivery space!
Fan units not marked up for electrical safety (PAT) checks. Stickers applied but not legible. One unit showed PAT test was out of date. Not good when we are being audited. Again slow response to queries from my contact at ICS.

Superb service as usual with quality engineers and managers.
Trust in ICS experienced staff delivering exactly what is required and ensuring the equipment is "fit for purpose".
