Luis Santos is Very good to work with as well as the engineers he has sent to site throughout the hire period. ICS / Luis have been highly responsive to any calls and always willing to offer up expertise for the benefit of the site. The Cooling system which is on hire has helped production cooling times and the site very much since its installation. I would not hesitate to recommend ICS cool energy to any colleagues at GSK with a cooling problem be that for urgent hire plant or installation of a capital project.

Good service
Although on this occasion, because of internal program changes, we didn't actually use the chiller it was delivered and collected on time.
There was some confusion regarding invoicing but this was resolved.

Excellent service
Excellent service, can't speak highly enough of Cameron. The only reason it isn't 5 stars is there were some issues getting the unit operational. However ICS did everything in there power to sort it out and get us up and running. Would definitely use again.

Frustratingly poor customer service
Frustratingly poor customer service, always directed to a sales representative covering the whole of Scotland, with long delays in returning calls and emails, which on equipment installed in a critical installation is not good enough. - would be hugely beneficial to be able deal directly with a technical/ spares representative at head office

Friendly service and always willing to help and are always professional. Great for price, much cheaper than HSS. They carried out a site survey and ensured they supplied us with the best equipment that suited our requirements. They ensure that they give us the best suitable price and hire agreements to ensure that we do not over spend.
