Hire chiller
ICS provided us with a hire chiller which was required very quickly and with short notice late in the working day. ICS pulled out all the stops and we had a hire chiller delivered to site at 9pm in the evening. Great service and a quick turn around I would highly recommend their services.

Temperature Probe Replacement
A planned visit to replace the temperature probes, engineer arrived with everything to complete the job, which he did professionally within a reasonable time without a fuss, even though it was freezing cold and snowing!!

Decent service - over-zealous sales techniques
Good service and pleasant staff: however, despite being existing customers, I get frequent emails telling me how good they are and suggesting we give them a try! Staff often too quick to leap on a perceived sales opportunity and focus on trying to sell annual contracts and/or kit which we already know we don't need.

We have turned to ICS on many occasions for our hire chiller requirements. They have always been quick to respond and have never failed to offer a competitive price but what secures our repeat business is the seamless delivery of the final product. From ordering, installation and commissioning through to de-commissioning and removal the process is easy and swift backed up with good communication throughout.
