Package was slow to arrive; some of the christmas decorations ordered were missing ribbons and the ribbons which were included were not as described (patterned cotton rather than velvet).

There was an issue with delivery Idyll were quick to re-send at no extra cost.

Hi beautiful lights...but they are faulty keep flickering I threw the box away and not wanting hassle of sending them back...so I wasted £33...plus 4.95 pp

The two hanging pots were delivered promptly and were packed very well. Quick efficient service, thank you. They look perfect filled with lavender and mint plants hanging by my seating area in the garden.

I ordered a decorative heart, they originally sent me the wrong size. I emailed and explained, they asked me to arrange a courier return of the wrong unit and they would send me the correct unit out and refund the courier charges.
Next I knew was when I received an email to say new unit would be with me the following day. It arrived as promised, correct this time.
Had to chase once for the courier credit but once acknowledged I received it back very promptly.
I would order from them again.

ive given 5 stars as i dont know how this is going to go yet? i will amend my review when i get resolve... i ordered through not on the high street, the folklore heart i got the large one and paid extra for the battery pack with remote and electric supply, unfortunately it was on the floor and the battery box n wire got hoovered up with an old style dyson "mangled". i couldnt put it back together , so i chucked it n the remote , i asked n, on the h,s, if they could contact idyl to see if i could purchase a new battery pack and remote for which i got an email saying no, so ive contaceted idyl today to ask if they can help me out i will purchase a new one as it was my fault, i could easily said oh oh thats how it was delivered , but thats not my style, so if idyl have any returned due to other faulty lights ect , please may i re pourchase the battery pack n remote again please, this time they will be up on the unit...
