Lovely lanterns exactly as described & delivered on time.

Pots arrived well-packaged and we are delighted with them. They hang on the brickwork wall of our 15th century cottage and look totally right, adding a splash of colour with the red geraniums they have been planted with. The aged look of the pots makes them look like they've been hanging there for years. Thanks!

I bought the Heart Wreath to go over my granddaughter's bed in her newly decorated bedroom. Ordering was very easy & the item was dispatched & arrived quickly. It was well packaged & marked fragile.
It is even better than I expected with lights, hearts & faceted baubles. Very pretty & ideal for a young girl's room. I am very pleased with it.

Terrible customer service - avoid at all costs as it will waste so much of your time chasing constantly for an update. The way they treat their customers is not lawful.
We had to contact multiple times about status of delivery as absolutely no updates we’re given except when chased and finally was delivered late by two weeks, and a further day when I had to wait in for delivery that didn’t arrive, with no apology, and then £2k of furniture delivered on a wooden pallet at side of road with pallet not even taken away. Terms and conditions are not lawful as the unusual delivery terms are not highlighted to customers which they have to be - simply stating “see our standard T&Cs” is not enough to be compliant when heavy furniture gets left by side of a road on a day which you didn’t agree to be delivery day.

The owner of the service did not apologise and it took several attempts for them to finally accept to take away the pallet (which couldn’t be used for other purposes as it was broken and had nails sticking out of it). Hermes refused to pick up the pallet as it’s effectively 10 kilos of rubbish so we still have the pallet littering our front garden.
