A great cruise from start to finish
I,ll start first with the staff from arriving at the ship they could not do enough to help us and the table staff again was first class. We are dancers so it was really great to have young instructers who was helpful and willing to play the music reqested. We had a conversation with the captain and again he was really nice and made us feel wecome. Our booking with yourselves went really smoothly and your team was really good, so much so we booked another cruise whilst we was on the ship and requested they pass it onto you I was a bit disapointed that we did not get a discount from yourselves. One major issue we all had is the airport, it is to small for the number of cruise passengers and it does let down P&O. But overall it was a great cruise from start to finish

Late payment charge when future cruise booked on board
Booked a cruise on board and was told the full balance would be due next month. As I was on a cruise relaxing didn’t check my emails just used the wife’s phone for browsing . Found out when I had wifi in port reading my emails that my account was overdue and would be charged a late fee even though the cruise was 5 months away.
I don’t understand why Iglu couldn’t wait one week until I got home ?

Ben was absolutely amazing
Ben was absolutely amazing, we had a budget as my husband is sadly being made redundant on the 31st August 2026, so we have a tight budget, Ben got the dates & the cabin grade we wanted, only a few from this grade left, and for a last minute cruise, we accepted the flights from a different airport, as a compromise, but we feel he really listened to us, and spent the time trying to allow us to be able to go on the cruise we wanted. Thank you Ben xx
