Glen Wallis of Iglu Cruising was excellent from start to finish of booking. His recent working experience on cruises combined with knowledge of the cruise ship and location of our cruise enabled me to make a hassle free booking. I will be returning and asking to speak to Glen on Ext 2005 to book another cruise later in the year.

I’ve booked with Iglu many times and always find their staff efficient and very friendly!!! I made the mistake of booking direct at a Tui agent near to where I live , never again!!!!! Not efficient, no helpful and definitely not friendly so I’m back to booking with Iglu who make it a pleasant experience 😀😀😀😀😀

I wished to change my Cunard cruise to another one which proved very easy to do. (The cruise I had wanted was not available when I booked originally). A phone call to an advisor and the change was quickly made and my new documents arrived minutes later. I always use Iglu to book my cruises and will continue to do so.
