Competitive online price and easy booking process.

Listened to what I really wanted to make booking as simple as possible. Was helpful but not pushy

I have booked with Iglu many times more often than not online. This time I went through the same routine without thinking. I passed over an important question about onboard needs as previously it had not been needed. I did however check my paperwork on receipt as requested and realised that I needed to fill in a Cunard questionnaire to cover the fact that I wanted to take a wheelchair for my wife. I received a call from James who explained there was a problem with the request to take the wheelchair and what were the options. The matter was resolved quickly thanks to Iglu’s efficient customer service.

Having never taken a cruise holiday before and this will be our first one! I was quite apprehensive but after talking to Megan ( Travel advisor at Iglu Cruises)she was able to answer the many questions I had to put my mind at rest. There was no pressure selling, I felt it was honest and helpful information I was given. Thank you Megan you made the whole process easy and even though I have now booked a holiday, Megan has said if I need any further help before we take the cruise to email or ring her number.

The time and patience Daniel had with me was just great. It was a very special cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary 2028. And I just wanted to make sure that we would have a wonderful cruise & stay in the Carribean. Thank you Daniel.

The colleague handled my enquiry efficiently and answered my myriad of questions. Post conversation, the quotation was received speedily. Staff carried out first cruise price check Daniel was very helpful, but was unable to commit to that. So rang back today Yas was exceptional went through every aspect of the cruise

Nearly all my cruises have been booked through Iglu (twelve or more?) because each and every time, the staff deliver excellent service. On this occasion it was Monika who came back to me minutes after she was due to finish work because of the complexity that I required. Monika was the person who handled it expertly from start to finish.
Personable and quick (I know they juggle a lot of enquiries) she has also given valuable advice. Many thanks and I will continue to use your services.

Unfortunately the group price arrange with one cruise sales person was not honoured by another cruise sales person even though the booking reference was mentioned during the original call.

Iglu encouraged booking onboard. We booked on board to take advantage of Cunard extra onboard credit and passed the booking to Iglu assuming they would apply a discount. This didn’t happen and we also had to pay the outstanding balance way before we would have had to had we left the booking with Cunard. Very disappointed with Iglu having booked with them many times before. I have tried to contact Iglu twice by chat and had nothing back :-(

I found it very easy to book cruise of my choice. I prefer to talk to agents rather than book online. The agent was very quick to find my cruise and give me a quote, with a choice of hotel length. I have booked with Iglu before and found them efficient. The whole process was done very quickly.

Monika was very efficient & also friendly. She explained everything & was able to recommend a cruise that met our needs.
