We have used iGPR for many years and…

We have used iGPR for many years and the expresience has been great . We have also been using the managed service since it became available for TPP practices and that has helped with the workload management significantly .
To top it all off , the customer service is excellent ( that is if you ever need to contact them)

Great support service

I contacted the support line recently spoke to Aga regarding a couple of issues we were experiencing at the GP Practice with our IGPR system. Aga was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She not only sorted out/clarified each of the issues and also spent time with me explaining in full. I was very impressed with the service and support we received.

iGPR always helpful - Tom

I always find iGPR very helpful when I phone with a query. Tom was very helpful at suggesting another way for me to send a SAR that I had already completed and sent 3 months ago but has now expired at Solicitors end. This saved me starting from beginning again.

GP feedback

The IGPR system is easy to use but can be slow at times when trying to load large files. However, the support team are very helpful and will often provide you with advice on how to make things easier for you. Overall we are happy with the system.

IGPR EXPERIENCE

As a GP Partner, I can confidently say that implementing iGPR has been one of the most impactful operational decisions our practice has made in recent years. We have used the platform for several years, and it has delivered sustained benefits across multiple CQC domains, particularly Safe, Effective, Well-led, and Responsive.

From a Safe and Well-led perspective, iGPR has significantly strengthened our information governance. The structured workflows, clear audit trails, and high-quality redaction functionality provide reassurance that Subject Access Requests and third-party reports are handled accurately, compliantly, and consistently. This has materially reduced risk and reliance on manual processes.

In terms of being Effective, the time savings have been substantial. What was previously a labour-intensive, paper-based process is now efficient and reliable, releasing both clinical and administrative capacity. The quality and consistency of reports has also improved markedly, supporting better decision-making and professional standards.

The platform has also made the practice more Responsive. Requests from patients and external organisations can be managed in a timely, organised manner without unnecessary delays, while maintaining data protection standards.

Overall, iGPR has enabled us to operate in a more modern, paper-light, and governance-focused way. From clinical safety, administrative efficiency, and leadership oversight perspectives, it has delivered real, measurable value. I would strongly recommend iGPR to any GP partnership seeking to improve compliance, reduce workload pressure, and strengthen their CQC position.
I should also add that their technical support is superb . If i can use IGPR -- THEN ANYONE CAN AND VALUE FOR MONEY!

Amazing customer service given by Tom. Very friendly, inviting small talk while efficiently getting the task done.

Using IGPR

Using IGPR has helped massively with our workload and making sure paperwork is dealt with efficiently. The staff at IGPR are always happy to help with any IT issues or queries we come across. We are now using the Managed Service and if ever they need any further information from us they are quick to get in touch so that requests aren't left waiting. When you upload requests to IGPR you can trust the work will be done correctly and in a timely manner.

Fast at fixing problems, can't complain

I needed to reinstall IGPR on my computer after I had been away from work for a couple months and ran into some problems.
After a not too long wait to get through to someone, the technician worked to set up the software on my device despite issues with my computer not loading it the way he wanted he quickly found another way and got everything working for me. He spoke clearly and precisely while keeping me updated on what he was doing and why, highly professional and great customer service.
While I myself don't use the software on a daily basis like my colleagues do they all agree that this software is heavily reliable and makes large workloads manageable and gave me the number to call in confidence that it would sorted in no time.

Our Surgery have been using iGPR for…

Our Surgery have been using iGPR for some time and have been very impressed with the software and support from the iGPR team. We have recently gone onto the Managed Service for our handling of SAR requests, medical reports, DWP and insurance forms. It is so easy to use, has saved us so much time, reduced our workload and is accurate and efficient. The support at iGPR is fantastic, and when you speak to them they are able to offer appropriate advice to resolve any issues and often show you other improvements or shortcuts that will be useful. Today I spoke with Tom, who was again extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
