Fantastic job by Luca
Fantastic job by Luca, he found us a great mortgage offer, which was accepted this week. We had a slightly complicated situation as we were waiting for payment of an inheritance, which was being held up, but Luca kept things proceeding so as soon as this was received it was all ready to go. As first time buyers I feel he kept us well informed and answering any questions we had.

Adrian at the Stevenage branch is amazing!
Adrian at the Stevenage branch is amazing. As is Jane who works with him. Ours was quite a complex case and Adrain was able to find a great deal for us when we didn't know if it would be possible. He is easy to talk to and seems to really care about us as clients. He is alway on hand to answer questions and kept us up to date all the time with what was going on. There is no way we could have achieved getting our mortgage without his help. Would (and have) recommended him to friends and family.

Justyna was fantastic, again. We remortgaged five years after our starting our original mortgage with her. She took the time to go through all of our options, check other lenders, discuss overpayment options and review our life insurance policies. She didn't rush us and we felt in good hands once again.

I completed on my first flat in October…
I completed on my first flat in October last year, and I couldn't have done it without Karen! We worked together for about a year or two before the big day, and her guidance was invaluable. She explained everything so clearly, which made a world of difference because sometimes it's hard to fully understand all the details. I’ll definitely be returning to Karen in the future, whether it’s for remortgaging or finding a new home. She was worth every penny!
