The quality and variety of their…
The quality and variety of their products is excellent, so is their customer service. Very responsive and easy to deal with - always pleasant and helpful. Whether its a one-off or many badges at the same time, quick turnaround. I don't know if they are a family company but they do business like one - in a good way! I've been using them for a few years now for my business.

The webpage is easy to navigate, its very simple to follow the instructions to load in your design, images and names. The follow up communication was first class (upon completing the order I inputted the incorrect email address, I contacted to have it changed to track process and it was resolved straight away). Order arrived in the same week and all our colleagues are very happy with the end result. 10/10 would recommend
