Requested for an urgent installation of a log burner, Matthew returned my enquiry within the hour and came to quote the same day, the price was competitive and the lead time was super quick.
The log burner was installed within 2 weeks as he had promised, fantastic installation and I am very happy with the product.

This company put to rights a very shoddy and dangerous installation of a wood burner that our chimney sweep condemned. They were very professional, did an excellent job, and we are extremely satisfied with the result. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant service. The guys who installed my log burner last week were efficient, polite and tidy. Before leaving, they gave me full instructions on the stove and followed up with a telephone call a week later to ensure all was well - great customer service and highly recommended. Incendium are also reasonably priced. They will also be carrying out my yearly chimney sweep.

Matt and his team were responsive and efficient in replacing an old open fire with a cassette style woodburner and the charges for the work were fair.

We had a Hunter Allure 4 log burner, plus flue, fitted in 2021 and we are very pleased with it all. The workmanship in creating a new fireplace is excellent. Matthew and his colleague provided an excellent and professional service.

We cannot recommend Matthew and the team at Incendium highly enough. During an expertly conducted initial survey, Matthew explained the pro's and con's of single fuel and multi fuel stoves including an explanation of the current environmental legislation. We then discussed the required work to open up a long bricked-up fireplace in our living room and which stove would fit and work most efficiently in it. After receiving the comprehensive, competitive estimate two days later, we decided to go ahead with Incendium. On the first planned day of installation, Matt and his team (another Matt and Aiden), arrived on time and cracked on.
In one day, the team knocked out the old brick work, installed a new lintel, ran a new flue to the top of the stack, put a new chimney pot in place, made good and plastered the chimney breast, lined the fireplace and installed the hearth slates. Outstanding work, expertly and tidily completed.
On day two, the new stove was installed and checked within an hour, after which Matt 2 ran through the operation and maintenance of it.
We had to be very disciplined for four days while the plaster dried, but on Sunday evening finally lit the stove and sat grinning like kids watching the flames.

My wife and I had a great experience with this Company from start to finish,all stages from survey to quote and completion of installation were smooth clean with explanations and competent advice throughout.The two fitter guys were very friendly and obviously well trained. After completion they gave us clear and easy to understand instructions and tips on how to operate the new stove. Matthew and Matt opened up two fireplaces and installed log burners for us.
From our first encounter they were reliable and honest about what was possible and gave clear accurate quotes.

Work was carried out professionaly and to a high standard. One of our logburners was particularly difficult due to previous alterations to our 120 year old house but they were not phased and made sure the workmanship was to the same high standard as any other, and was visually sympathetic and well done.

A great install of our new wood burner. Install completed very professionally in one day. No mess at all a very tidy job. We went to several other providers before choosing Incendium. All of our other quotes were very confusing and Matthew made this process so simple we instantly knew who we were going to choose and great value as well.

First class service, from the initial survey and estimate to getting the job done. They were happy to instal a stove we had purchased, and coped well with the inevitable surprises that lurk behind a filled-in fireplace, and at no stage were they unsettled. They work fast but efficiently.
These guys are busy, a good sign, but it means booking them as early as you can.

What a fantastic service! From the visit and quote from Matthew to the fitting on the day from Matt, they were both incredibly helpful, answering any questions I had about the new wood burner. We’re so pleased with the result and, not wanting to wish the summer away, can’t wait til it gets a little colder so that we can actually use it. Would highly recommend them to others.

Really pleased we decided to go with Incendium. Matt gave us a competitive quote, clearly knew his stuff & didn’t add any extras to bump up the price. All queries were answered quickly and the booking process easy.
The lads that came to fit the stove were here on time, clean & tidy and done a great job. They explained everything really well and were just nice blokes.
