Professional, efficient, great price. Would recommend!

Used Icendium to replace an not working gas fireplace to expand the fireplace and sort everything suitable for a open fire and provided slate and a surround that looked lovely. Efficient and polite, they did what they said they would, were punctual and tidy and we are very happy with the finished result. thank you very much, will recommend.

We were very pleased with the service. Staff helpful, courteous and clear. What was required was explained in detail and accurately. A precise estimate was given and the job was begun and completed on time.
Disruption was kept to a minimum and the site was left clean and cleared.
We would certainly use Incendium again.

Matt and his team repaired a fireplace, confirmed another was safe to use, and completed the successful installation of a wood burner in another. Work was of the highest standard, keeping me informed throughout, and offering enhancements that really have made a massive difference to the overall appearance. These guys were great. Both tradesmen were polite, professional, turned up when they said they would, did a great job and did everything they could to keep the costs down.

I have had the stove installed for around 9 months now and have had zero issues.

If I ever need another wood burner installed, I'd use them again in a heart beat.

I seem to spend most of my time making complaints on here so it makes a very pleasant change to say these lads do a first rate job. They'll communicate with you, give you very reasonable quotes and they do an excellent job on the day. Had a damaged chimney cowl replaced with one more suited to the job and a clean at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

We asked Matt for a chimney breast to be fitted to hide the flue from an existing stove. We also upgraded the wood burner at the same time, and are so glad we did, as it’s is much more efficient and provides more heat. The quality of the work was excellent and the installation was great with the minimum disruption. I would highly recommend Incendium if you are either upgrading or installing from scratch.

Matthew was fantastic from start to finish. They've both done such an amazing job of opening up our chimney and installing a woodburner, slate surround and beam. They kept me updated throughout and asked for my preferences at the different stages. Very happy with the final piece. Highly recommend!
