I can’t fault the work of the installation engineers as they’re nothing short of excellent. But my god, trying to get clarification from the office on paperwork and processes required to be able export to the grid seems to be a big ask, and they seem spare no effort to hide there displeasure at having to explain any of the duplicated, incorrect and missing paperwork I’ve received.

We are really pleased with the service provided so far from the initial sales meeting through to the installation of our wall mounted Daikin AC unit. I would highly recommend which I dont often do.

Infinity installed a solar pv array and power wall battery for us. Their service was exemplary from start to finish. The quote was timely and competitive and they gave us sound advice on the best options for our installation. The installation was completed in a professional manner and the roofers and electricians were a pleasure to have on site. Everyone at Infinity went out of their way to provide a friendly and professional service. We would definitely recommend them.

From the day I contacted Infinity to getting quote, survey and installation been excellent. Also time scale 3 month's that is also waiting for the DNO. Which is most of that 3 month's. If that was not required they probably have done it a lot sooner .

We commissioned Infinity Energy Services to install solar panels a new car charger and a Tesla Powerwall battery system in our home.
IFS were absolutely incredible in every aspect of the installation.
They are very easy to get hold of via email and also on the phone.
All installation dates were kept and the installers did an excellent job creating no mess and leaving our home spotless.
The customer service is amazing at all levels, from initial contact through surveys, quotes and installation.

Excellent service from Infinity from initial contact through to installation, installers on the day were very professional and tidy, finishing the job to a high standard and explaining how it all works. Unlike many firms they don't subcontract out the work. Scaffolding was up for less a week.

Communication has been excellent! They have kept us informed, and everything has taken place as advised. We previously started with another company with a similar name (council scheme recommendation), but lost faith in their knowledge, honesty and integrity, then we found it wasn’t too late to cancel with them and go with Infinity Energy Services instead, who we thoroughly and confidently recommend. They also advised us what to write to get our £100 deposit back! If you’re having doubts about a solar company, this review might encourage you to do the same as we did and invest your money with solar equipment calculated, surveyed, supplied and installed by Infinity Energy Services.

Came recommended to us and was very happy with the service. When quoting and designing the staff were knowledgeable and able to advise on the most suitable batteries and solar panels and the fitters were professional and cleaned up when they were done. Everything seems to be working perfectly.

We are very pleased with the installation of our solar panels and battery. The engineers were fantastic, the panels and battery are great and the process to get everything working very straightforward. The battery took several months to be installed due to a delay in availability. We were advised of this and given other options which would have been available sooner.

From the estimate stage to completion, the infinity team has been extremely attentive and explained every process. The Installation technicians were polite, clean & the finished cable runs are very neat. would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I had been considering installing solar panels and battery for many months and invited a number of installers to survey and price a suitable setup. From the outset I was impressed with infinity’s approach and knowledge and they were clear on what would (and would not) work for my needs. I discussed various designs with them including the pros and cons of various systems. I was kept in the picture at all times about lead in times and when scaffolding would arrive and how long everything would take. The various teams (scaffolders, roofers and electricians) arrived when scheduled, were professional, courteous and tidy throughout the installation and I would have no hesitation in recommending infinity to anyone.

Took a while due to a hiccup in the order process, but once this was resolved, the installation and commissioning was seamless, and all the Infinity team we dealt with were courteous and professional. System is working great and hitting performance prediction targets. On top of this, Infinity were one of the most competitive quotes I recieved. Would highly recommend.

Infinity Energy were a great company to deal with. They provided regular updates, and discussed delivery of the units prior to installation. Their installers were efficient and expert and installed the units inside of one day. They left the office clean and tidy and took away all the boxes. The system is working very well and the company's specification of what we needed for heating/cooling seems to have been accurate. The price was competitive and they managed to install inside of 3 weeks, which was also really valuable to us.

The whole experience, end to end, was professional, courteous, non pressurising and informative.

I got my system up and running in month of July’23 with smooth installation and activation process done by Infinity team. I would highly recommend Infinity energy services for solar and battery installation as they have the right skills and experience from designing to installation the full solar PV system, their sales and operational process is excellent. It is my experience that installing solar panels should always be done by reputed and experience installer with good rating and reviews from people, as personally I had very bad experience from previous installer who went bust.

The best part of Infinity energy service is everything is planned in advance (from survey to installation) and they hit that date. I went with Solar edge inverter (6kW) and Tesla Powerwall and the process for getting this approved from DNO was managed by them and being an approved and certified installers from my DNO (which is SSE) it was straight forward . They have addressed all my concerns very efficiently and on timely manner.
