Totally efficient and pleasant service from all involved at Infinity Energy Service fom the first phone call of enquiry to completion of the installation.
The Electical Installers Sam & Joe were very proffessional and carried out their work to what I consider a very high standard.
Fully cleaned up after drilling holes and running cables.
The Roof Panel Installers have also done a great looking job.
Finally the contracted Scaffolders were very efficient on their installation.
All in all a super experience and I look forward to a future of cheaper electricity.

I'm very pleased with the services provided by Infinity Energy and I can higly recommend them to anyone looking to get solar panels installed. They provided in depth data on how the panels generate in accordance with their survey, to a payback schedule and any questions I had were answered quick, professionally and with understanding. The installers were friendly and I appreciate their honesty about the unsafe scaffolding which even got resolved the same day and they kept us up to date on everything that was going on.

I can't praise everyone we dealt with at Infinity Energy enough, from Suzy who dealt with our initial enquiry, through to Scott and his colleague who came and surveyed for the installation of the A/C and then installed it.
The customer care was excellent, we received the proposal and quote promptly which we were very pleased to go ahead with.
Scott then came back to install the new system plus service a couple of existing units, carrying out the work without any fuss, everywhere they worked they ensured was left clean & tidy.
I would recommend Infinity Energy without hesitation.

All the service workers, Roofers ground workers Electricians working for Infinity were excellent!
Special mention to Phil and Shep who were amazing in their standards. So much so, they dug a trench around the property and you could not tell it had been disturbed when they finished!
If I had one minor complaint it would be the communications coming out of the office or should i say NOT coming out of the office. An email or phone call to confirm start dates etc would have been really helpful!
Apart from that, a WELL recommended company!

Infinity Energy supplied and installed our ASHP in early 2022 and we have been very very pleased with its performance ever since. This year they also installed a custom stable foundation for our ASHP - all done to the same highest standards we expect. Would always recommend using them

This is the second installation of a Tesla Powerwall 2 and solar array on two family properties by Infinity Energy. The technology is excellent and the team at Infinity have both a knowledgeable and a practical approach to discussing and implementing very satisfactory bespoke solutions.

Well pleased with the installation and excellent service received from Infinity.
Everything was discussed with the guys beforehand so no surprises and the house and garden was left clean and tidy afterwards.

Throughout the process they did everything they could to ensure the Solar system met my needs, they were flexible with the design and worked hard to accommodate the unusual requirements of the site. I had a booked technical survey for Infinity to quote for an ASHP in exchange for a gas boiler. My house is only 4 years old, built to the highest environmental standards. I thought it was future proofed to convert to ASHP, but the technical engineer Dave Hutchins said the 500 litre water tank would need replacing as it was not suited to ASHP heating. The original heating company who did all the plumbing has quoted me but never mentioned the disparity of the tank which would have added £2500! For this reason it was agreed not to go ahead with the survey at no charge to me until such time the economics change.
I can only highly recommend Infifnity for their openness and honesty and will certainly use them at any time in the future.

Great service from end to end, minor issue with panel wiring/fitted solar unit but all resolved quickly and without issue.

I turned to Infinity for my ASHP service and took advice from their engineer about an Air Conditioning unit.
The work was carried out in a timely and efficient manner. The engineers that attended were really friendly and knowledgeable. It was first class service and I would not hesitate to use Infinity Energy Services again.

Infinity Energy were professional and helpful in providing solar panels and battery storage From initial enquiry through to system design and installation. There were a couple of minor hiccups but on the whole the process was smooth and the ultimate result successful. It was disappointing to have to wait longer than expected for our Tesla Powerwall but I understand this was because of high demand and delays outside the control of Infinity Energy. The installer was friendly and competent and explained everything patiently as well as having regard to our requirements as customers.

Very professional project management, good communication and a friendly, knowledgeable team. Good improvisation when faced with challenges and very tidy work. A quality offering.

We have been impressed with Infinity Energy Services from start to finish. All stages of the process from the initial response to our inquiry, to the design team, to the installation coordination manager and finally to the guys who did all the work relating to fitting the panels and finally clever electrical connections: these all worked perfectly, handing on from one to another and communicating excellently. Solar working fine.
Wrong information given on the MCS certificate by Infinity which delayed my SEG appication.
Damage noted to the roof membrane underlay from loft , directly below the installation. Photos sent to Infinity Energy, who deny it could have been anything to do with the installation. As the damage was not present before installation, i disagree with them.
They made assessment based on 2 low resolution jpg photos emailed by me, rather than sending somebody out to survey the damage.
Refused to make good the damage to the underlay, citing it was nothing to do with the installation.

On the basis of the post installation customer care, i would no longer be able to wholeheartedly recommend them which is unfortunate as to this point i had been very pleased.

Appointment to install Tesla Powerwall was made, kept, and installation / commissioning went smoothly. Great job. We had previously had solar panels supplied & installed by Infinity and they’ve been performing perfectly.
