Excellent service from the team. The lady was very helpful and knowledgable when we were initially enquiring about battery storage for our existing solar system. It was unfortunate we had to wait a long time for the battery but given Covid and hold ups in China we understood. The guys and who came out last week and fitted the battery were very pleasant, helpful, quick and extremely tidy ! They asked where we wanted the battery installed and ensured we were happy with placement prior to putting on the wall and then took us through the App and other important info before they left. I highly recommend using Infinity Energy Services

right from the start I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism, this company is the best to deal with. Having trawled thru loads of info on line, this was the most honest and up front company I have dealt with. The person who made the initial assessment of my property was 1st class and the two men who came to do the installation were a delight, second to none!

Infinity have throughout the process of my quoting, designing & installation of a comprehensive system of solar panels, electrical storage and EV charger been incredibly professional, flexible and collaborative. They are a first class business and I have met and dealt with many individuals from top to bottom who have universally been great at their jobs and easy and reasonable to work with.

This is an update. Infinity installed my panels +Battery 3 months ago at the system exceeds expectations. Infinity are very professional and there were no problems.
I can thoroughly recommend them.

Always kept up to date from Infinity who replied promptly to my questions. Installation on the day was carried out professionally and in a friendly manner. I had the TESLA battery installed and the engineer went through the commissioning process in a professional manner. Overall very happy with the service we received.

The level of information provided helped to hone the final design. The installation was scheduled for two days but they managed it in one. The installers were helpful and left the area clean and tidy. Great job from start to finish.

Very good. Tom and Amanda in particular were great but everyone who worked on the job was a pleasure to work with. Very impressive.

Been great and professional from survey to installation. Arrive on time, explain what they're doing and what they'll need from you, when they might have to cut power to work etc. My only criticism was with the sub-contracted scaffolders, who partially blocked a critical door from opening and, when dismantling the scaffolding, just chucked the metal parts down onto the patio, damaging the brickwork edging and dislodging grouting. Infinity engineers themselves were totally respectful and helpful.

We'd approached a number of potential Solar Panel providers but our experience with Infinity was best - it was professional, courteous and competent. They did what they said they would do and made everything very clear so that we could evolve a set up that suited our needs. All the planning was straightforward and each step happened on time - scaffolding, fitment, commissioning etc... At all time the different members of staff were friendly and helpful. This wasn't the lowest quote but we felt it was the best and are vey satisfied with the result.

Very professional service, from the scaffolders to the ever so helpful roofer, to the hardworking and first class electrician. In fact, we received an impressive service from everyone at Infinity. The product looks really good, and we have no hesitation in recommending this company to you.

Infinity fitted 15 solar panels and a battery. From first contact to the fitting everything was very professional and all promises and dates kept. You will find cheaper but probably not better.

This company performed very competently with great customer service and professionalism. They are very prompt to respond to communication. They provided a detailed and well thought out proposal that defined the steps to be followed. Installation was completed on time with very good and polite installers.

I wanted a battery, solar diverter and extra solar panels installed. Infinity had installed my original solar panels at the end of 2018 and after inquiries with other installers, Infinity seemed to be the best company to fulfill my specific requirements. Certainly their after sales service since 2018 has been good so I was keen to use them again.

To be fair there were issues with the installation but these were rectified without quibble and Kathryn and Amanda were very helpful throughout.

I simply cannot praise Infinity Energy Services enough.

I contacted them last year about the installation of Solar Panels and battery storage. Their designer was a pleasure to work with, fielding a number of questions from me and providing innovative solutions for the installation. We eventually agreed on the total package and then came an effective and efficient survey to check the structure of the building and discuss some of the elements of the installation. This gave rise to some minor tweaks to the design and I agreed to go ahead.

The installation manager took over and along with the coordinator ensured an effective plan. They were always open and honest about dates, but once the plan was agreed, everything ran like clockwork. The installers were in and out in 2 days and were a pleasure to have in and around the house. I am very pleased with both the quality of the products and the installation.

At all times, communication has been first rate, they have delivered when they said they would and in line with the costing for the final design with no surprises.

Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and they have always made me feel that they have my best interests at heart. The designer, the project manager, the coordinator, the roofers, the electricians and even the finance team - every single one of them has been polite and caring to ensure an excellent result.

They get 10 stars out of 5 from me for a fabulous job - what a great company to deal with !

Infinity Energy has consistently shown a high level of professionalism and knowledge ever since my first call a few months ago. Their proposal was detailed and tailored exactly to my home and their guarantee and warranty are far above the competitor offerings. The planning was perfect, dates were provided well in advance and their team fought against some pretty ghoulish English weather to deliver the installation as planned. The only issue was our roof tiles are as rare as a cheddar moon, but the delay was minimal and finished when exactly planned.

The team, all great. Communication was perfect and they all seem to put in the extra effort and time to keep things flowing well. The installers were careful around the home, respectful, polite and even offered to take off shoes. They also appreciated good biscuits and hot drinks which we were more than happy to provide :)

I am very glad we used them, since commissioning the system we have seen a large reduction in electric bills and will be looking forward to some SEG payments also from over production sent back to the grid.

We will return to infinity energy in the future to add a battery to the system to help cover night-time electricity, hopefully reducing our bills further.

Friendly and helpful from start to finish. Infinitey Energy made the process very simple to understand what was correct fro my needs and home. Kept fully updated throughout the whole process. Installation carried out to a very high standard and already saving money on electricity bill. Infinity were very prompt in the installation. Their solar panels are very efficient. The guys who came to install everything were very clean in what they were doing.

Overall, an excellent experience.

Very shocked that despite giving 100% honest facts about needs of 10 to 16 solar panels to supply in January.
There was a problem
The management were too quick to throw a spanner in the works

Hence NO QUOTE AFTER MONTHS

I can only guess Infinity gained too many alternative quotes and prefer easy options
So what was on the table January was suddenly not simplex after Government budget in March

22/3/23 received email they are not "A CAN DO BUSINESS BUT THE OPPOSITE"

BEWARE !!

Thoroughly competent service with fair payment terms undertaken as scheduled and completed on time and at the quoted price. A few snagging issues dealt with efficiently and quickly.
