Infinity gave a highly professional service - they have lots of experience, and their design of solar panel siting and calculations of projected generation and power savings was the most detailed and believable of all the estimates I got.
You felt you could rely on the products they chose. Their quotation wasn't the very cheapest, but it was competitive and probably best value-for-money.
The installation went smoothly over a couple of days, and the scaffolding was removed within a week.
Highly recommended.

Had air con installed. Efficient service from first enquiry to instal. Price was competitive. Gave good advice about location of units and what was and wasn’t possible. Installers turned up on time and got job done. Left everything clean and tidy including taking away all rubbish.
Last year we had an issue with our solar which Infinity sorted under warranty including paying for scaffolding- well impressed.

I wish all companies were like Infinity.
They fitted an I Boost last Spring and when it started working intermittently last Autumn they came out and checked it and had no hesitation with replacing it with a new one. As a result of their excellent customer service, I had no hesitation in getting them to quote me and add a battery system which was fitted in February, to my already existing solar panels. They fitted the battery and inverter exactly to my requests and were always ready to answer any questions as the installation went along. When there was a query about the real capacity (% DOD) of the battery, even though the original battery had just been fitted on the wall they were prepared on the same day to change it for a larger capacity battery. Although this resulted in the installation taking more than the normal one day, they were able to make a real effort to complete it in the next few days despite already having many other jobs planned.
Over the last few months, I have had communications on several occasions with many of their staff (office and workforce) and without exception they have all equally been extremely polite, helpful, accommodating and professional. Although I probably shouldn’t single out individuals, Amanda was great with prompt communications and coming up with solutions for any issues that occurred

From the initial proposal through to completion of the installation of a Solar Panel and Battery storage system I found Infinity Energy to be totally professional and highly competent. Dates were agreed and times kept, the installing team were very pleasant and kept me informed throughout. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Infinity Energy.

Our TESLA Powerwall has arrived and been installed, following a previous install of 21 solar panels by Infinity Energy Services. Once again very competent and professional service from the Infinity installers who were a pleasure to work with. Very excited as even on a cold and cloudy March day we are powering our home off-grid. TESLA can't keep up with demand so it was a 7 month wait (Infinity warned about this) but it was well worth it. A very positive experience all round.

We were unsure about what heating system to use for our newly renovated home. The advisor from Infinity was really helpful in us coming to a decision to go for HAVC units. Why use a heat pump to heat water and then underfloor pipes when you can use the same technology to blow warm (or cool) air directly into the rooms? It is unbelievably effective for current heating needs and roll on more heatwaves like 2022!

Only downside was the installers were a bit slow and clumsy.

However, we are sufficiently impressed with Infinity to have agreed to go ahead with them for a PV array and battery system.

Great service. Very professional, neat and tidy. Very polite. Highly recommended. The survey of the roof was not easy, as Google earth is not 100% accurate, but it was left open for the final installation and the roofers to make it work which they did.

I am just posting this after the battery install for our solar, battery and EV charger installation from Infinity Energy. We chose them due to a recommendation from a friend and the online reviews. We have not been dissapointed. From the initial design and quotation through to the installation the service has been flawless. Even when there have been delays due to how busy the company are and the lead times on key components like the battery I would highly recommend that this company are worth the wait. The communication, documentation and support services have all been excellent. All of the staff have been friendly, highly competent and have answered any queries very quickly and effectively. The main system was installed over three weeks ago and now the battery has been installed we are extremely happy with it. I do not expect any problems but if they do occur I have high confidence that they will be resolved. Many thanks to the whole team from Infinity Energy in making such an important and significant investment so painless.

I was really impressed with Infinity Energy, the sales team had all the time to answer my questions and advise me accordingly. The project team followed through and ensured any issues or concerns were answered the same day. The team that fitted the panels and batteries were super professional and I believe exceeded my expectations - could not recommend them enough. Note I also had many other companies quote for the job and no one came close to Infinity.

Although I had used other providers for my solar panels ten years ago and my EV charger two years ago, I selected Infinity for this project because of their Tesla authorisation and their proximity to us. The positive reviews I read on various sites also influenced my choice.

We decided to add some more solar panels and a battery to our existing SolarEdge system and the Tesla battery was my first choice.
From initial enquiry in the latter half of 2022, I experienced excellent communication and a willingness to discuss technical matters regarding the integration of the new and existing equipment.

Ongoing telephone and email conversations, followed by a site visit to decide on placement of panels and battery were all handled very well.

Plan A was derailed by limitations imposed by the DNO. The Tesla, being an AC battery, together with the newly increased number of solar panels, exceeded the generation limits set by the DNO.

This is where Infinity really came through. They worked with us to create Plan B - modifying the panel installation and switching to a SolarEdge (DC) battery system which, being "behind" the new inverter, enabled us to add more new additional panels and still meet the DNO requirements. It also meets my requirements for fail-over power in case of grid outage.

The re-design of the battery system, and a new panel layout that we jointly decided would improve efficiency, was handled promptly and with good communication throughout.

The installation work by the panel team and the electrician was completed to a high standard. They were friendly, tidy, careful of our property and took into account my requests for cable routing and equipment placement. An interesting challenge in one part of the house!

The new panels are now installed and working well in conjunction with the original panels, and we're due to receive the battery in late March. ( I'll update this review when that's completed. )

Overall, I'm very happy to recommend Infinity Energy Services for solar panel installation.

We have had a PV system with car charger and iBoost installed (with a Tesla Powerwall on order). We chose Infinity Energy Services as we were impressed by the quality and throughness of their proposal/quote which took all of our requirements into account. This was quite a contrast to proposals from other installers. They also install quality components from SunPower, SolarEdge and Tesla. The installers and electricians were all very helpful and polite and the installation itself was tidy and straightforward. They are busy and had quite a waiting list when we placed our order but given that a PV system has a 25+ year lifetime I'd say it is worth waiting.

An excellent experience from initial contact, through outline proposal, site survey and then installation and commissioning of solar panel system. Both staff and scaffolding contractors polite, helpful and professional.

We have just had an eight panel solar system installed with an Alpha Smile battery and iboost for hot water. From start to finish we have received excellent service from the office with the team prepared to answer questions quickly either by phone or email. The installation team, particularly the electricians, were highly professional, polite and thoroughly explained the new system. We would be happy to recommend Infinity Energy Services to friends.

We have had 20 solar panels and a Tesla battery installed. The whole installation process worked very well from the scaffolding to the battery installation. The staff have all been competent and friendly and took the time to explain everything including the Tesla app. I would recommend Infinity. Even better, we have had 24hour periods without using grid electricity (in February as well).

Having previously had solar panels and a car charger from the same firm, we asked Infinity to sort us out a battery. The quote was reasonably priced and the chaps were very cheerful and efficient on the day - and the battery works brilliantly - very happy customer.

Infinity just completed the installation of panels and batteries at my home. Throughout the process these guys were professional, competent and helpful. Because of my previous old two meter system there were a few complications but the staff at Infinity worked with and for me to resolve the issues. Thanks to all. Great job!

I would not hesitate to recommend Infinity Energy Services for PV / Zappi / battery installation.

The team were very helpful and patient while I reviewed various option and assisted me in trying to reduce my exposure to Chinese-made products as much as possible. The installation team were very good on the roof as were the electricians.

The only reason for the 0.5 deduction is that there were a few issues with communication that could have been slightly better and there was one issue with the PV commissioning where the clamps were around the wrong way which I fortunately spotted on the app before the electrician drove off and he was able to resolve.

I have spoken to Infinity and they accept they could have done better in a couple of areas and explained that their admin team has been completely overloaded given the explosion in energy prices in 2022. I understand that the firm is in the process of taking on more admin staff to help in this regard.
